All good - until you try to leave
In November 2024, my 12 month contract with Yuno ended; I switched suppliers the same day and my new supplier took over 3 days later. Two weeks later I received a refund from Yuno, presumably what I overpaid given the model Yuno operates. A week later, I received a bill from Yuno for a period of time which included 3 weeks of when I was not a Yuno customer any longer and my card was charged 73 euro. The charge was not accompanied by the usual text message from Yuno - I spotted the charge accidentally. The same day, I contacted Yuno via chat. The rep apologised, promised a refund and a proper closure of the account. While waiting for refund, Yuno app started showing that my card would be charged another 300+ EUR end of December 2024 for a period of Dec-Feb (all of which I was no longer Yuno customer). The bills on the app started showing as unpaid. I have filed a formal complaint with Yuno given the above. It took a month and a half to close my account properly, receive a refund and - finally - receive a closing bill ('bill' being an understatement here - I was sent a screenshot of an excel file). Bottom line - all good until you try to leave when Yuno will charge you for the time you are not their customer and will continue doing so until they are stopped. Not recommended.
