Worst customer service we have ever had…
Worst customer service we have ever had to suffer!! They hung up on my husband after he wanted an explanation as to why since we switched to their company our bill had doubled? When he asked to talk to a supervisor they said there was no point because they would not say anything different. I know there will be a leaving fee but will have to take the hit in order to save a fortune going forward. Please do not switch to this company. I'm sure the positive reviews are mostly fake too as I cannot see how people are content with paying double with no explanation and such poor customer service!!! YUNO ENERGY DO BETTER!!!
