Delay in Bill Reconciliation following account closure
I am a regular switcher to ensure I get good value every year. I moved to Yuno in Dec 2023 for a year. I closed the account in early Dec 2024 and I am now trying to get a refund & it is taking some time to do this. It must be noted that Yuno charge upfront so I think a 21 day timeline to issue a closing statement & issue refund what they have charged ahead of time is unreasonable. No doubt if it was the other way around they would be seeking payment immediately. I would urge anyone considering doing business iwth them to be mindful of this aspect of their approach where they charge a month ahead that when you close the account you will be waiting for a refund.
