Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Overall very good experience so far. Customer Service over the phone was brilliant (Mr. Meher). App needs a slight improvement.

Phone was answered straight away and Leo was very polite and answered all my questions quickly and with clarity, a rarity these days in most of my customer service experiences. Keep up the good work and quality of service!
I just used the app to get information about my latest bill; being new to Yuno, it takes time to find your bearings; I chatted to Ella and Constance and both were absolutely great answering all my questions; so far I know my electricity is in good hands with 👍 Recommend them fully!

My experience today with your helpline was very good. I couldn’t get into my app to look at my account and see where my arrears were coming from, unless I deleted the app and downloaded it again, which I found annoying. But, Ella couldn’t be more helpful, she explained my account in great detail, which made me feel reassured and comfortable. It was good to speak to someone so genuine and not have to press buttons over again.
Very help customer service who will actually answer the phone and talk to you. Not like alot of other services. That's what you want no messing fair play yuno and Ella.
