Company shut down?
Placed my first order on 5/18/21, still no notice of shipment (website says ships in 1-2 business days) and no response to my email inquiry. I called the customer service number and left a voicemail. Also texted them, and also tried the chat. No response. Filed a bad review with BBB, and am disputing the charge with my bank. Paid $60+, no product. Just want my money back.
