Company shut down?

Placed my first order on 5/18/21, still no notice of shipment (website says ships in 1-2 business days) and no response to my email inquiry. I called the customer service number and left a voicemail. Also texted them, and also tried the chat. No response. Filed a bad review with BBB, and am disputing the charge with my bank. Paid $60+, no product. Just want my money back.

Updated review

Update: 23.08.2021 I have received my order :) it has taken 3 Months but have also had frequent emails from the company explaining the difficulty's they were having. fair play to them they came through changed from 1 star to 4 stars. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and its still on processing, attempted to contact support multiple times and no one gets back to me. Ill be trying all avenues to get a refund. Update: Well its the 8th of June and still my order is on processing placed on the 17th of May, contacted them via chat, called them and submitted a ticket, i also sent emails to there email address with no reply. PLZ PLZ DO NOT ORDER YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY. Happy to update this review if my order ever comes off processing.

Avoid

**Update** I have now been contacted by them and I am happy with their explanation as such I have increased my review score to 3 stars. Will look at it again once I receive my order. Placed an order on the 6th of may. Order still hasn't shipped. They have not responded to any of my messages and don't answer the phone. Looks like I will have to claim the money back from my credit card company. Awful experience I would avoid at all costs.

No response or shipping things out.

I don't know whats going on with this company. They used to be great years ago. Now they won't respond after 2 weeks. Sent multiple emails. Tried calling, and using there helpbot on the website. 2 orders and a box are still "processing" after 2 weeks. I want my money back now. I don't even want to spend my money with them anymore.

Placed an order May 15th 2021 and…

Placed an order May 15th 2021 and haven't received an email with an order number only saying that they received an order. No one answers when u call or email and the text number won't even go through for anyone to talk to them. Going to have to contact the bank to stop the scammers from taking more money when they didn't deliver a product of any kind and won't even send an email with an order number.

I couldn't believe my luck at…

I couldn't believe my luck at discovering ZampleBox! I live in the middle of nowhere and it's hard to find vape shops near me. The prices are great, the variety is phenomenal...its just a great thing all around.

How have I never heard of this before!?

I don’t know how I’ve afforded vape juice the entire time I’ve vaped. Going from paycheck to paycheck and even when I had no income at all was such a struggle to keep one bottle at all times. No I have a stock pile. And I believe I ended up paying like 18 dollars for 4-5 bottles or something like that. When I pay more than that for one bottle locally. When I forgot to enter my discount code, customer service immediately cancelled my order and reordered for me with my discount code and I didn’t have to stress or do anything at all. They took care of it all immediately. I don’t know how I’ve went so long not having ZampleBox before. I’ve told everyone I know about It

Great Flavor Choice

Using ZampleBox has really allowed me to test out different flavors and combinations to find out what I really like vs what I think I will like and just buying a huge 3oz bottle at a shop to just find out I hate after a few uses. Plus I can continue to customize my flavor profile.

Great until they used the vape mail ban…

Great until they used the vape mail ban as an excuse to charge me for 3 dam box’s. Like dam at least send an email saying that’s the plan for the month so I can take action.

Been with zamplebox for a year now and…

Been with zamplebox for a year now and everything was great till this month. I have been waiting for my April box to be sent out from their depot for over 2 weeks and then without asking have charged me for another box that I didn't consent payment for. Customer service has since been utterly useless and any requests for a refund are completely ignored will never be ordering from this company again as they seem to have lost all interest in customer care this month.

Once momth sub charges you 3 times in a month…

So with the shipping changes that were coming up due to vape regulations, zamplebox decided to send me 3 boxes within 3 weeks because... well idk. They could. A monthly subscription box. Monthly. Decided to send me 3. They will not respond to me outside of copy paste messages. They hit me on March 29th, the. April 8th, and then April 15th. It's disgusting as I've done business with them for years. My cost went through the roof this month because this garbage company decided to take the card info you subscribe with, and willy nilly run it multiple times during a single month. They said they sent an email. I did not consent to having 3 boxes sent. This is bull. I'll never. Ever. Use them again. They lost my trust completely
