I choose when I wanna pay for a Box not you and I choose when I want to buying your product not you for something I don't want at that time If I want to skip a few month because I either still have a Box Or I don't have the money at the time Doesn't give you the right to tell me I can't So I am cancelling your services now use my local shop have a nice day

Great all the way around
Great all the way around (Update) just got my first box today and I got to tell you I am super happy with the selection of flavors and brands that was within it. I was skeptical at first but highly pleased and remaining a member! Thanks ZampleBox!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been waiting going on four weeks now for my February box. Every time I have asked to speak to a supervisor I'm told they are taking care of more important things.. the chat they leave you hanging and don't respond so at this point I have counted my February box as gone and not even going to receive. This is wrong on Zamplebox part. When someone request to speak to a supervisor they should be routed to one instead of being given a run around for 4 weeks now

ZampleBox is amazing, I love trying new juices and getting flavors I never would have thought to try. The website UI is top notch, and buying flavors in bulk is way cheaper than any other website I've used.

It is pretty convenient
It is pretty convenient, wide selection of juices & add-ons, and I haven't ran out of e-juice since my subscription started back up. My state had a flavor ban in winter 2019.
