Used to be OK, now they're just running away with people's money.

Update: I finally got the box 32 days later. Still says processing on the website and I still haven't heard from customer support, but at least they didn't take the money and run. I've been a subscriber for years, and I've enjoyed the service apart from a few hiccups that they addressed relatively well. Now they seem to be in full on panic mode, and may have abandoned ship with everyone's money. It started with the USPS ban when they charged me for a box I specifically requested to skip which put the balance on that account in the negative. Their support said the only thing they could do about it was give me store credit. After arguing with them for an hour I accepted, only to found out they were no longer accepting orders. A few weeks ago I was finally able to use my store credit, but the order has been "Processing" since. I got an email saying my order had been delayed and would ship tomorrow two weeks later, and it's been more than a week since with no change. Their support no longer responds to any messages, either through chat or email.
