Long time subscriber upset over changes

I have been a subscriber for 5 years and never had any issues until now. In the past, customer service was always quick to respond and super helpful with damaged items or lost packages. After regulations went into place there was an email blast in May saying they were back and even coming out with new box options and that was the last thing they sent out. Now they have charged me for an item a month and a half ago that i have yet to receive. I have contacted them through chat, text, email, support form and phone multiple times with no response. Their phone systems just sounds like a VM message with a pause in the middle to make you THINK you’re waiting on someone to pick up. I unfortunately had to request a chargeback from my bank for my last box and put a hold on them from charging me again (it’s not even a recurring fee through my bank which means they manually process it every month) I’m really disappointed in the communication from the company since the new regulations. Other companies are still responding to customers and helping. They are stealing a lot of peoples money right now without a care in the world.
