Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !

Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Huge Bill Estimations

I switched to Yuno 3 months ago. Our smart meter has still not been fitted and our usage is being estimated monthly at almost double the price of our last supplier. The worst part is Yuno provide no breakdown of the bill so you cannot even check to see how their bills are being calculated. I have been left none the wiser after contacting customer services and they advise the fitting of the smart meter has nothing to do with them. If I had all the facts up front I would not have switched to Yuno.

Signed up November

Signed up November, being getting estimated bills of thousands of euro a month, had to block the last one so I could afford to pay my mortgage. Submitted numerous meter readings, phones calls, emails. And issue is still not resolved and receiving no correspondence to emails I have sent the past couple of days. Avoid at all costs. Has been an absolute nightmare and due to the thousands of euros "predicted" overdue I can't even switch supplier's.

Avoid at all costs until they get their…

Avoid at all costs until they get their systems sorted!! After waiting 33 minutes holding on the I spoke to Constance who was very nice but avoided answering my questions when it suited. Yuno are putting false information on their Bills. On my bill of the 28th Jan 2024 they state "Your actual usage and cost:", Constance then admitted that the meter reading was only a 'Estimate". On page two of their bills they state "Your meter reads & consumption" they go on to put numbers under the headings 'Previous Read' and 'Current Read" these are NOT the meter readings i can see on my meter. The result is that I cannot track mu usage and therfore my bills. Stay well clear until you can trust and verify the information they are giving on their bills!

Very Similar experience to other people…

Very Similar experience to other people switched to “cheaper” prices. The app is terrible. Cannot view/access/download bills for days. Advance billing and predictions one day “below usage approx €100” next day “100€ owed” Cannot get proper replies from customer service. Government credit showing on payment section of app. App crashes. Payment won’t accept - crashes. App issues. Eventually bills appears today but no government levy deducted and again another bill. We have Over €1500 paid since 18th December and it’s only 5th March. 2.5 months. Sending emails and phone calls to get answers ….. Have to say avoid.

Avoid if no smart meter

I left a review previously about how their customer service wa great when I contacted them. However I have been with Yuno since October and because I don't have a smart meter I have no idea what my real bills are, only estimates. If you do not have a smart meter avoid Yuno energy, it doesn't matter how cheap they claim to be, you won't know how much your bills actually are. EDIT: It's been over 2 weeks since Yuno Energy/Sasha said someone would be in touch in their response below and I have heard nothing yet.....

Customer Care

Had difficulty downloading the app. Rang customer care and waited about 12 minutes to get an agent to speak with. Her name was constance and she was brilliant. Used simple language and gave very clear instructions and waited while I followed them. Everything works now. Us older people need help to download some things and Constance is exactly the helper needed. I would say she can handle the younger ones too. Thank you Constance
