Very Similar experience to other people switched to “cheaper” prices. The app is terrible. Cannot view/access/download bills for days. Advance billing and predictions one day “below usage approx €100” next day “100€ owed” Cannot get proper replies from customer service. Government credit showing on payment section of app. App crashes. Payment won’t accept - crashes. App issues. Eventually bills appears today but no government levy deducted and again another bill. We have Over €1500 paid since 18th December and it’s only 5th March. 2.5 months. Sending emails and phone calls to get answers ….. Have to say avoid.
