Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Over the last six weeks I have spoken to Constance, Richard, Sharon, Stephan & Lauryn to no avail, I don’t have a smart meter & just before my bill each month the bill shoots up way beyond the prediction, I have submitted more readings as requested but now they’re telling me I’ve submitted too many & it’s confused the computers! Either way I have monitored my own usage & am being charged far beyond what I’m using, stay very far away from the company. I have been told several times that I will get a call back from billing but that’s never happened despite making seven calls to the company.

Was waiting 16 minutes to speak to an agent but Constance was very helpful and got all my 3 accounts setup in a timely manner. She is going to highlight 2 system issues for me where the back end systems need enhanced functionality to deal with multiple accounts.

I joined in jan 24 - no bill available until today when I demanded that they email me one . So far for two months I have been charged €470 for two months - almost twice normal for this time of year . The current bill makes no sense - no logic - they just picked random numbers . Customer service took 40 mins to answer my call in jan . Stay very far away if you don’t have smart meter . Possibly one of the worst decisions I made going with this company - I’d actually prefer to pay more than deal with the inconsistency of this so called service

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I signed up through bonkers for the 12 month fixed rate in Nov 2023. The Nov, Dec and Jan usage and bills were within 100€ per month. For Feb, it astronomically rocketed to 1300€ despite reduced overall usage as compared to Dec month. And since it direct debit, couldn’t block their subscription. Won’t recommend to anybody.
