Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Very kind and helpful support staff. I just wish I knew about how the day/night rates plan worked before signing up, as now I am on the variable plan with a fixed 24hr rate and I cant make avail of the night rates without having to cancel altogether. Other than that, big thumbs up to Yuno. Love the app for tracking my usage

I signed up to Yuno last week for my electricity. I had an administrative query so I spoke with Emmanuella today. My call was answered almost immediately. She sorted my query efficiently in minutes. She was so pleasant it was a pleasure to speak with her.

Just got an estimated bill today for €910 upon signing up I was told that they were the cheapest around and that I would have a smart meter installed. When I rang to query my bill, I was told that it was estimated and I would have to submit a reading every month. I asked about my smart meter and I was told that I would have to contact electric Ireland myself. Not impressed…

This company are robbers. Only received half of what I was owed for my refund. Final bill makes absolutely no sense. My email back to it asking them to explain the breakdown to me got ignored (suprise suprise). Called customer care who advised me that the ticket for my case had been closed and she could not see my bill to explain it to me. Was put on two long holds to tell me nothing of use at all and was cut off during the second one. Another bill to be created to look into my refund query even though I told them on the phone that the amount I was owed was wrong before I even received it. So disappointed that even at the end of 6 long months of issue after issue I have to fight to get any clarity where my hard earned money they have no problem taking from me has gone. Genuinely think they just pluck the figures from the sky as none of my bills add up ..half of them say unpaid when they took the full amount owed from me every single time..they have no issue with that. No doubt Sasha will reply back to this to tell me someone will reach out to me..with no answers to my questions as usual..if anyone even reaches out. Won't be letting this go though.
