Huge Bill Estimations
I switched to Yuno 3 months ago. Our smart meter has still not been fitted and our usage is being estimated monthly at almost double the price of our last supplier. The worst part is Yuno provide no breakdown of the bill so you cannot even check to see how their bills are being calculated. I have been left none the wiser after contacting customer services and they advise the fitting of the smart meter has nothing to do with them. If I had all the facts up front I would not have switched to Yuno.
