Avoid at all costs until they get their systems sorted!! After waiting 33 minutes holding on the I spoke to Constance who was very nice but avoided answering my questions when it suited. Yuno are putting false information on their Bills. On my bill of the 28th Jan 2024 they state "Your actual usage and cost:", Constance then admitted that the meter reading was only a 'Estimate". On page two of their bills they state "Your meter reads & consumption" they go on to put numbers under the headings 'Previous Read' and 'Current Read" these are NOT the meter readings i can see on my meter. The result is that I cannot track mu usage and therfore my bills. Stay well clear until you can trust and verify the information they are giving on their bills!
