Completely ruined my mother's birthday. 1. Missed delivery of birthday card 2. Missed delivering the order on time 3. Missed writing message in the cake 4. Delivered wrong candle 5. Offered a refund of much lesser amount than the greetings card they never delivered In short, a dishonest business. Stay away!

I live in Goa and have used Winni's twice to send flowers n chocolates to family living in Gurgaon. The carnations I ordered both times turned out as shown on their website. My personal message was written out incorrectly the first time although, this time around it wa spot on! All in all, I would use them again and again.

Bad service very very bad service..they send my gift at my home nd ask for another delivery charge Bcz I already paid online even I ordered 500 gn cake nd they send them 250 gram cake ..west money Not happy with that

I've tried a lot of such services providers but Winni is the worst. We ordered a Vanilla cake for our anniversary and a chocolate cake was delivered, without the msg that I asked them to attach. The customer service representative said that the refund won't be possible and that the cake would be replaced and the response was very rude. Worst service worst product. Winni should be ashamed for this and for looting customers.. Shame on you.

Winni.in has very bad service. They are total frauds. We ordered a Buddha statue. They delivered some other crappy looking bald Buddha statue saying the item I ordered was out of stock. Now, they refuse to refund or ship the correct item.

UPDATE: FINALLY NEHA FROM WINNI HAS REFUNDED MY MONIES. ...........How ever it still does not change teh fact that they made us miss the important dead line. Have upgrades teh star rating due to NEHA's fix up of my refund only. Previous Experience of the actual transaction: Worst and hopeless service and has no customer service component attached to it. I ordered a cake for my Dad to be delivered on 15 December. They delivered it on 13th December only spoiling the whole surprise. Not even that, Teh silly point is when they received it, there was a tag written on the delivery itself to be delivered on 15 th December. I tried to chat with customer service and an agent Neerja said she will get response from some workshop and email me. Nothing. I emailed from their website again. Nothing. worst of all, today, they have emailed me that your order has been delivered which was done 2 days ago. I highly recommend to avoid this website and probably look at other well reviewed services. AFter all this high level unprofessional-ism, they have nothing to offer.

Order #012131238565 I order flowers and paid extra delivery charges . Flowers quality was very poor when same has been informed to customer care they did not respond yet . Very poor experience, I advise to avoid this fake app...

Worst service and customer experience of all times. Firstly they didn't even deliver on the mentioned date (my friend's birthday) and neither did they notify of the delay. When they delivered on the second day, they delivered a completely FRAUD replacement, I had ordered a ferrero roscher bouquet while they sent a 'dairy milk chocolate' bouquet. The company seems completely FRAUD. Their customer care number is invalid and their chat support is the WORST! winni.in please close your chat support as you never reply back after your initial greetings. I wish trustpilot had the option of attaching pictures I could have shown you how pathetic the gift looked. Totally spoiled my gifting experience.

Most pathetic experience ever...i ordered a cake, it was not at all close to what was shown on the picture, the finishing on cake was bad, looked like something sent for the sake of sending.. My anniversary plan for my wife was ruined.. On top of this the customer care or support person denied to help at all.. The very next day these guys got up from their sleep and called back, the question was 'is the cake consumed', really!!! what was the expectation!! we had given the cake to our maid already. They offered 150 rupees refund that we denied, they already have ruined my day no more favors are needed. Overall this brand is off my list forever.

Worst customer service ever. I had Chat with Mahi. Cancel Rs. 99 candle and added Rs. 100 eggless option but she didn't want to understand and keep asking me to pay RS. 100. It's very hard to pay RS 100 on international credit card. Please don't waste your money. Don't recommend it to anyone.

The worsts service ever I have experienced. After conforming the order they have informed that this flavor is not available and after choosing the different flavor also they didn’t deliver in time. We tried to contact customer care but they are so rude and they hang up the call.... money waste and worst service ever experienced.

Horrific platform. Stay away from them. They engage in live chat support and dragged for 79 minutes to reply to a simple question that why delivery charge imposed by the system in check out. They took 39 minutes to reply that the order is beyond the cut-off time. Simply they wait for 30 minutes to pass that time. Imagine I spent 79 minutes to get a response through a call from their agent. if the company doesn't not about its policy, who come they can deliver the product as described. Never.... Don't consider them as an option, not worth sultry pricing. there are much better options available.
