This is regarding my order ID 011161176884 amounting to Rs. 849 for a bouquet.. 599/- for the bouquet and 250/- for midnight delivey... Neither did they do the midnight delivery nor did they care to inform me.. when I called the customer support, they said they will deliver in the morning... What's the point of delivering in the morning when I wanted it to be delivered in the mid night!!! Instead of cancelling my order they rescheduled it for the next day and even till now order has not been delivered. When j called to cancel my order, they just said mam order can't be cancelled... They just want to loot hard earned money of people and care the least about customer satisfaction.. they have no understanding whatsoever that they are in the services business where needs of the customer should be the top most priority but clearly they know nothing about it.... Floweraura is a much better website...at least they accept their mistake and try to resolve the issue of the customer by whatever means possible...

I order pillow and cake. Pillow I ordered on my mom's birthday 7th nov 2020 but still not delivered and today is 17th nov 2020. I ordered cake for Bhai Dooj. Delivery boy came and doesn't delivery cake and run from the home becz we are complaining for late delivery becz time slot is 10to 2 but the delivery boy came at 8:30 pm in night and run away from our home without delivering cake. Worst service ever. Fnf is better than you guys. we buy something expensive becz we need on that occassion not for anyother day.

I have placed an order no 011141170785 with winni. Delivered cake was rotten and 10 to 15 days old. Cream was dried and cake was so hard that you have to apply the pressure to cut. Its taste and smell was so yuk. When I write to their customer care there is no response 😕. They claim 2 hours delivery but believe me it will take 8 to 9 hours or any order. Don't go with them if you don't want to ruin your festival and get embarrassment in front of your friends.

Bunch of Fraudsters. My order no 011141170360. I have placed an order for my Mother's Birthday. I got SMS that product is delivered however. Product never delivered to address. I tried customer call number and it is not reachable. I am disappointed with the service which I have received and in fact my Mother's day also ruined.

Pretty bad experience. My order no 011141172797. 1. Sudden sms saying order not deliverable. Contact us at xx no. 2. The no was invalid no 3. When reached to their helpdesk, the helpdesk person left in between without any info. 4. Tried again, call center person said order will be delivered. 5. After some time, again, on chat person said, address is right, but pincode is wrong. So 200 extra. 6. No option to cancel because its delivery date. 7. Wanted to talk to senior: no option given. 8. Wanted to escalate to anyone. No option given to escalate. Not even email id of customer support head. In fact customer service girl said she will cut down phone. 9. Paid money. Relaised, they charged for some other pincode while the actual pincode was different. Thats how they cheat. Last moment...with no option to escalate, no option to cancel....and no option to talk to seniors. Pathetic customer service. Beware of the fraud.

This website a group of fraudsters and scammers. They have a good website and often come as number 1 google search result when you are planning to send gift to someone. My order number was: 011141172070 This is the process through which they will loot your money: 1) They will show you beautiful gifts and flowers in their catalogue, attracting you to place an order on their website. 2) You will place an order successfully, get a delivery date and pay the money through online transaction. 3) While processing the order, they will send you an email saying that one of the items in the order is not available but they can provide you an alternate. The email will also mention that you need to reach them back ASAP. 4) Now as a genuine buyer, you will reply them back via email and also try to reach them through their contact number (customer care). Both will fail as they won't respond to your email and also their contact number is just a fraud random phone number which never works. 5) You will now reach them through chat (available on the website). You will wait for ages. The agent will tell you that order will be delivered timely. You will now relax. 6) They will never deliver your order and now when you again reach out to them for refund, they will first apologize and then after your insisting will force you to refund the money in your Winnie wallet (what a joke!). If you ask them to refund your money to bank account, they will provide you timeline of 15 to 20 days but will never confirm the processing the refund to bank account. This is the complete process of how they will loot your money. Stay away from them.

Never felt such a disappointment! We ordered the cake for 3-4 pm slot and the cake arrived finally after the day was over! Improperly structured business! Learn some customer service before initiating one! Fraud business!

I have ordered one cake,one teddy and ladoo.They pick up all local items and deliver me at high cost.they deliver me 14 ladoos for 899 rupees.They purchased it from the local shop near me and deliver it to me.Really sorry to say all this.

Very bad experience, I ordered Choco truffle cake, the image which they shown is beautiful and costly,even though I had ordered fr my sister's bday, the cake which I received,there is no similarities between the cake thy shown nd which I received Veryyy bad experience

Worst place to order! I have ordered a cake and chocolates for a friend. They didn’t deliver and said it’s delivered. Then I contacted customer service. The representative cut off the call in the middle of conversation. I called them again. Another representative said they will deliver in 4 hours of time. They delivered! I appreciate it. But, instead of happy birthday on the cake they wrote happy anniversary and instead of Black Forest cake they delivered, red velvet cake. Coming to the chocolates, they delivered perk instead of munch which I ordered. I have called the customer service again to complain about this. She rudely replied saying red velvet cake is costlier than Black Forest cake. I’m surprised to see how many ways these guys can mess up one order! I would never order from winni.in again!!!

Items what these guys show on website is different from what they deliver. Very poor quality. Please don’t order from this website

I would suggest never order from these webesite, they are fraud will charge and never gonna deliver your item. If you call them to help they simply cut your call and never pickup again. There are two customers supprt helpers named - lovepreet and Meenakshi they are fraud who are running this website.
