they showed very nice in the website but delivered very bad flower and the online chatting or complaining not taking any action after proved the mistake.
Not Happy with Delivery Time They will charge for midnight delivery from 11-12 AM for that charge is 200+ but they will deliver before 11 . Then why we need to pay extra charge for midnight delivery.
I had a good experience at Bangalore but the order delivery at pune was really a bad experience. Delivery boy updated the status without delivering the cake and did not call even one time before the scheduled delivery time.
Very dissatisfied. My message with the cake wasn’t delivered and had I not asked the recipient, I would’ve never known. Never compensated so I don’t recommend this service.

Guys avoid winni app...these people are fraud...they charge you in premium rates and provide cheap service...I will never recommend any more service from winni....I gave them plenty of time to do a replacement and they completely hesitated it stating they dont assure any quality in services.

I had ordered from Winni a cake for my Mom's 75th birthday and Bonsai plant with Laughing Buddha and Bamboo plant. Order was placed on 12th night. I was informed that the plants would be couriered. I received the plants yesterday. The bamboo is totally dry. There was no laughing buddha given saying its out of stock. No one had informed about it but money was taken in full. Bunch of cheats. The bamboo is all yellow and the customer service representative says it will be fine in few days with sunlight. Can a bamboo plant that has turned yellow regain back to its original green color. KINDLY REFRAIN PLACING ORDERS WITH THEM. Despite of sending them the photo of pale yellow bamboo they say its green in color.

Very worst service provider ever seen ordered cake around morning 10 for my 5 years old brother they confirmed it will be delivered around 6 to 6:30 in the evening. Finally they called us cancelled the order around 6 in the evening. There customers care people like Lokesh, Ansual, Mohit, Vishal and Hemanth not aware about basic ethics how to speak to customers. They reconfirm that deliver order by next day but they not at all responded. Completely a fraud service company it is. My advice not book order with them. Also they will not refund money properly even though mistake is from there side. Completely a cheating firm.
