Worst service and support team. I ordered cake for midnight delivery 11:45 pm and paid extra amount too but these stupid people have delivered it at morning 11:45 Am and spoiled my surprise completely n screwed my happiness n day both. I suggest never ever visit this website. Worst service no on time or mentioned time delivery. Complete unorganised service and support team. I would have given -000000 rating if option was there

It was an excellent customer support . I had a problem with editing my address finally I got an intelligent customer assistant name called NIDHI who helped me lot . I was so tensed how my order will get deliver but Nidhi helped and solved my problem with patience thank you so much kudos to her

I would say that this is the most worst service i have seen. I have ordered a cake to friend's birthday but suddenly these people said can we deliver next day which birthday is today.. I strongly recommend don't order this site

Fraud company. People like ankit chaudary dont know how to talk to customers. Fake. Delivered wrong item and not ready to refund

Firstly, thank you for delivering the Cake in time. Iam very happy . I like the support from customer care. Thank u Adithi and Mannat. I ordered cake, flowers and candles. Flowers weren’t available, I was told it will b refunded to winni wallet. But I didn’t see the money yet. I can wait though:) Cake is very delicious. But the candle design is mismatch. It’s not a big thing, but when we are paying extra, we expect things to be better or perfect. Overall good experience, I will order again in this website.

If you have to find out how poorly managed cake delivery still survives in the city,Winni's is a proven example of it.I had ordered a birthday cake on 23rd Oct,2020 & within 15 min had called their customer care to update the address to Bangalore as the address was at the previous location( Chennai).After spending nearly 20 min spelling out the address & fixing a delivery time,I got an email with the updated address. However on 24th Oct,imagine my horror,when the delivery person called from Chennai to inform my cake is being delivered in Chennai,instead of Bangalore. Worse still,when I called up customer care,they were totally clueless and came up with absurd excuses like technical glitches (then,how did I get the updated address email) & unable to reach on phone etc etc. & The cherry on the cake,they declared the order closed with NO DELIVERY made either at Chennai or Bangalore!So if you want a cake not delivered & BE DUPED out of your money,Winni's online cake booking & delivery is where you go to!
