Worst Service and Worst Customer care staff Order Pink Rose and received Red Rose Card is damaged and no refund Customer care will not change item and told that cannot do anything. Never buy anything from this website. Please connect me for the proof of image of order placed and order received.

Horrible after service, customer care representative named Mannat, disconnected the chat without solving the matter in the middle of conversation. This was my first and will be my last transaction and interaction with them.

Pathetic cake no cherries no white chocolate tasted like dough and paid 1800 rs

I ordered blue orchids to surprise my mother on her birthday so i ordered from winni 2 days prior to date of delivery. On the day of delivery they called me and said they don’t have blue and they will replace with purple orchids. When I said please cancel my order they said they can’t because it’s too late too cancel and asked me I have to pay and I have to accept purple orchids ... When I lodge a complaint they said they can’t refund but they will take my issue to the management Guys don’t order from winni they are just here to make money at the end by any means...

The cake was delivered distorted and nothing was written on it. Tasteless and it was not fresh. Entire top design of the cake was messed and sides were also messed. The way delivery boys carried the cake was so unprofessional. Will never suggested or order from here.

If you want to destroy your special day and on top of that want to be humiliated by the tone & questions their customer service agents ask, please go ahead and face the ordeal. Order a Death by Chocolate cake and it was filled with Vanilla Cream, when I contacted the customer care thay ask the question "HAS THE CAKE BEING CONSUMED". Ask WINNI how would person know the cake without consuming it. Please do not spoil your special day by ordering from them as they do not have any control on what is being supplied specifically the quality of the cake

I ordered online and paid on 23rd Nov, my order was supposed to be delivered on 25th Nov 2020 @ 10.00 AM, as I am writing this review my order was still not delivered. I contacted with their sales team number of time(Arun, Kritika, Shiv, Simran), always they same the same thing(sorry sir we will check and update) and quit. So far my order was not delivered, I have not even received an update from them. FEELING PAINED AS I AM NOT AN INDIAN AND COULDNT EVEN COMPLAINT IN LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

Never ever order at Winni guys...whatever ordered will be completely different than what will be delivered. Will post screenshots and details soon.

Atrocious is the word for Winni Cake & More. Cheap quality n absolutely shameless arrogant customer representatives who are not willing to accept their mistakes. My husband had ordered flowers n cake from them on my bday.. but a surprise well planned, turned into a horrible experience. There was water coming out from the cake. The cake had Noooo Cake, it was made of cream water, n some cake to hold it together. We have been calling and asking for a refund cause we do not wish to consume their rubbish cake again. As a compensation the next day the delivery guy comes with two dairy milk silk chocolates of 70rs each. According to them 140rs chocolate is equal to 700rs cake. We did not accept it. And said give us chocolates worth 700rs, which thy clearly refused. Now from this one can clearly understand how much they charging for their rotten cakes... n making money by looting the customers. They have been forcing us to take the cake and now they have even processed the order... n they said the case is closed from our end. After telling them again n again we dont want your cake they have processed it. I dont want to give evn a single star. Plzzzz BEWARE... DO NOT SPOIL YOUR LOVED ONES BDAYS OR SPECIAL OCCASIONS BY CALLING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!! I HAVE ALL THE RECORDINGS WHERE I AM CLEARLY STATING I DO NOT WANT THE CAKE!!! DONT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER!!!

I ordered a butterscotch Heart shaped cake for my parents Anniversary. The picture of the cake looked so beautiful and appetizing but what we got was a total disappointment!! The cake was no way related to one one which we ordered.. This was a huge disappointment for us!! I will never ever go with Winni once again and also would advise everyone to stay away from this site!! They really don't care about customers!! Check out the difference between the cake that i ordered and the one I got

I ordered purple orchids for my sisters anniversary. They were also east a month old, almost dead. It appears like they were stuffed in a very small bag leaving flower petals creases and translucent. It was so bad that I decided not to gift it anymore and threw it in the dustbin. On contacting the customer support I got a sugar coated reply mentioning that they will take action against the vendor and give me a ₹150 coupon that can be used for next purchase. As if I am going to order anything again with them. Terrible experience. Stay away.

Winni's services is totally useless... totally ridiculous... I have ordered cake of black forest but they delivered other cake which is proper in structure and taste plus they delivered that cake at wrong time.... please don't use this site for purchase or to sent someone special.... totally cheap. After completing they said to me that we will refund u 100/- and my cake was 1600/-. Totally faltu... please don't use it....

Worst service from the winni not worth for momey guys dont go for this website they charge too high amd the quantity and things are of cheap and the there was nothing wrote on the cake as i said go for swiggy and zomato that is better. I had experinced very bad service guys.

MUST READ. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I placed an order for cake on Nov 16 for my son’s birthday. Order no : 011161175168 They said they will deliver between 7-9 pm. We waited until 11.30 but it was not delivered. Around midnight they updated in their website saying they delivered. I tried to contact their customer care through chat but they didn’t give proper response. Their customer care call is not working. After coming here, I noticed that this has been their pattern and they are looting our money in the name of service. Please don’t choose this website.

Excellent and quick service, ordered a cake and a bouquet online and delivered on the same day. Welldone team Winni. I will be using your service from now on and will certainly recommend to my friends and family.

I order flowers and vase from them. They delivered the flowers and not vase. I talked to live chat, there was a lot of waiting, and when i finally get to chat, they stopped responding. Customer support is poor. When i finally got hold of a live agent, they told me they cant do anything, post 24 hours, like really. They are just pathetic people, being frauds, dont order from them, instead, go for some other service. They are big FRAUDS.

Please trust all the negative reviews, please do not use this website, IT IS A SCAM!!! Telling you from my own personal experience and hundreds of negative shared below!!!
