Not happy for Missing Important date.....yet atleast got the refund
UPDATE: FINALLY NEHA FROM WINNI HAS REFUNDED MY MONIES. ...........How ever it still does not change teh fact that they made us miss the important dead line. Have upgrades teh star rating due to NEHA's fix up of my refund only. Previous Experience of the actual transaction: Worst and hopeless service and has no customer service component attached to it. I ordered a cake for my Dad to be delivered on 15 December. They delivered it on 13th December only spoiling the whole surprise. Not even that, Teh silly point is when they received it, there was a tag written on the delivery itself to be delivered on 15 th December. I tried to chat with customer service and an agent Neerja said she will get response from some workshop and email me. Nothing. I emailed from their website again. Nothing. worst of all, today, they have emailed me that your order has been delivered which was done 2 days ago. I highly recommend to avoid this website and probably look at other well reviewed services. AFter all this high level unprofessional-ism, they have nothing to offer.
