Worst service and customer experience…
Worst service and customer experience of all times. Firstly they didn't even deliver on the mentioned date (my friend's birthday) and neither did they notify of the delay. When they delivered on the second day, they delivered a completely FRAUD replacement, I had ordered a ferrero roscher bouquet while they sent a 'dairy milk chocolate' bouquet. The company seems completely FRAUD. Their customer care number is invalid and their chat support is the WORST! winni.in please close your chat support as you never reply back after your initial greetings. I wish trustpilot had the option of attaching pictures I could have shown you how pathetic the gift looked. Totally spoiled my gifting experience.
