I ordered cake and rakhi for my brother and it didn't arrive at all. No refund at all. Customer service is very bad they are not answering your call. Not professional and I guess this is a scam. So please be careful with this website n app.

Worst experience. Ordered a rakhi for same day delivery, which they never delivered and wrongly notifying the order delivered. Trying to contact them through mail but no response..total waste of money and time

Very bad experience Everything was wrong Wrong cake no message Wrong rakhies Chocolate pack was missing not trusted at all. You need to call again and again to argue to correct the product and delivery for missing items. If no response need to send receiver to fix. Wastage of money and time

Very bad experience with this app. Really disappointed. I order rakhi for my only brother for same day delivery from NZ to India . They charged me 10 times than the actual value of rakhi. They updated the status it has been delivered but not delivered to them ..it's really bad at all .and I tried to contact them through email and website contact no response.I don't recommend this site. I am giving one star just because there is no option to give - star.

I wish I had read the reviews here before Ordering, really bad experience. Ordered cake and flowers for mums birthday, was supposed to be a surprise , all ruined . They called my mum and asked her if she wanted the cake to be delivered on the day itself or is it okay if they deliver next day as it is late .... Like seriously ???? The day after her birthday 🙄🙄 . I had ordered the cake for her so I should have been contacted if they had any issues not my mum . I agree I ordered a little late but I ordered only after I was told that it would be delivered on the same day. Very unprofessional Avoid please

I recently ordered a rakhi and chocolates to my brother in Hyderabad,the address was right but a slight miscommunication, they called my brother and took the “right address “ and assured them that it would be delivered the next day. And the next day I got a false confirmation regarding the delivery and it’s not delivered. I still had time and requested them to resend or refund me so that I can order again. They are too adamant and rude about this and now they wasted my time and money and just played with my sentiments. Now I can’t even send him the rakhi. The worst service and I don’t understand why do they have fake reviews on their website . DONOT order from this website and make yourself a fool out of this .

I ordered a cake in the morning and by afternoon it arrived...the taste was also good and the quality was also good just the delivery charge was high...So the delivery charge can be decreased. Still I would rate this as 5/5.

I wish I could give negative points but had to give 1 star. Winni plays with people emotions - nothing more than that. I ordered a cake for my mother birthday & it was completely worst than what was promised in terms of look. We didnt even touch & gave it to poor people. Customer care is also nt helpful, so be careful to put your short emotions on stack due to this site.

I order birthday cake from Australia, 13 august 21 but they delivered plain cake , nothing write down on cake , even write cake message on online as well . Cake looks like we are selling not like birthday surprise… bad experience not recommended to any specially NRI friends.your will also disappoint . I can show pics but here is not option to attach pictures 👎

Ordered the cake 3 days ahead to be delivered on a specific day and winni has failed to delivered it. Sent email and sms confirmations notifying the cake was delivered to both the sender and receiver. Have contacted the customer service team to query and support person was very arrogant and said the cake will be delivered the next day and won’t be cancelling the order or refund the money. Please stay away from this people and company

The cake was very delicious! They did a great job with delivery. It was delivered timely.

Worst service of WINNI I ordered Rakhi Affectionate hamper for my brother but they didn't deliver that same product which I ordered. Also some items were missing in that hamper....very poor service of this company. Next time I am not going to order anything from this site........

Worst worst worst!!! Ordered chocolate bouquet of 849 and they sent us 10 chocolates of ₹10 dairy milk which sums up to ₹100 and the bouquet is made of cheap paper not even flowers and the justification provided by the customer service is that we have mentioned 13 grams in chocolate description, yes of course a person eats chocolate by looking at how much grams it weighs not by its unit and price Total 849- 100 of chocolates = 749 - cheap bouquet 100 (Actual worth ₹5) = 649- 200 rs max for fastest delivery = 449!!! l am going to put this everywhere and share it to the ends of earth.

Coimbatore : I ordered a Red velvet cake, greeting card, bouquet, chocolates and a teddy to my sister. 1. It took 6 hours for delivery in my case with charges 2. She received red cake but not red velvet cake and some damages too. 3. Someone's greeting card she received whatever I have thought and written is of no use. 4. Chocolate and the other stuffs not wrapped properly as shown in the picture. Since she is my sister it ended up with fun. I couldn't imagine with others :D

Never Ever Trust WINNI, Its a disastrous website, you pay more for any fancy cake, but they will deliver some other normal cake, telling that all the chocolate cakes are same, whether its black forest or chocolate toothsome!! I also ordered plant once, they delivered a dead plant, Better you chose ferns and petals and for plants you can choose Ugaoo, which is an excellent service for plant delivery. When we contact the customer care for the dead plant they said, ------------------------------------------------- This Email is regarding the complaint about the above mentioned Order. As we have been confirmed that, there was re delivery completed of the ordered Plant. We are unable to find any issue in the delivered Plant. We are very sorry for the Inconvenience, We would like to request you please follow the below care Instructions . It will be in good condition within 4- 5 days. Keep plants in medium light locations, out of direct sunlight. Natural light is best, but some plants can also thrive in office fluorescent light. Plant soil should be kept moist at all times. Be careful to avoid overwatering. Do not allow plants to stand in water. Avoid wetting plant leaves excessively. A spray of water should help in case of flowering plants. Discusting service. I ordered a surprise cake for my friend who is very close to my heart and got very disappointed with the service i was provided. I ordered a cake two time on the time slot of 2 pm to 6 pm. First time they cancel the order from their end. The reason was they didnt pick up the call even without calling the sender. The second time they have gone too far they sent a message of successful delivery which was never recieved my friend. And when i call the vendor, he misbehaved with me saying what can i do if your friend didnt pick the call … how foolish that vendor is …. I had a very bad experience with winni. I will never ever order anything from them . And i also suggest all of you to never ever place the order from winni because this is gonna be disheartening for you ….. Though it is not a fake review, i am sharing my order id which is 107131709342. I am just expecting a apology from winni’s CEO and dont ever let that happen with any of your customer. I am no longer your customer now.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of ferror rocher. Look at what they show n what they sent. I was told by customer care since these are also 16 pcs so product is same. They are cheats.
