I regret ordering from these scammers. First order - the cake was half spoiled. I thought may be delivery guy couldn't handle it properly. Second order was flowers. They gave some cheap small flowers. The picture which was shown is completely different from the real flowers. When I escalated to customer care on quality, they responding " okay, we will take care of the quality from next order onwards"... Investors and customers, think before you invest or purchase from these scammers and cheapos

These guys are frauds, please be aware and do not go by the photos and reviews..... After cheating by not delivering half the items and rest of the items were not even close to what was projected, they are requesting for a repeat order

Fraud company...my order didn't get delivered. Neither the customer support responds nor the contact number responds. It's a big fraud company. Don't order anything on this website. I had ordered a cake on Mother's Day which did not come at all and on 10th May they show out for delivery but it did not reach either. I have been constantly writing mails for a refund they don't respond, I have called more than 50 times on the numbers given but nobody responds. When you'll can't make deliveries on time why do you take the order and no support from your end. This is very frustrating. I need my refund immediately.

Hi Winni team, If you guys have to behave this irresponsible, why are you even running the website? I ordered customised cake for my parents anniversary to surprise them, but there is no trace of any response or update till now for the delivery, From past 4 hours it is showing status as: out for delivery. Order Id: 105101577051. If you cannot deliver, atleast provide proper input. Don't cheat people's emotions and money. Refund my money asap.

WORST service ever !!!! A humble request to all not to spoil your special day buying cakes from winnis. They are useless , not at all worth to manage a business. I ordered 3 cakes yesterday at 2 pm , till date haven't received any response. No one respond on calls and on mails too . Please never buy from here...rediculos !!!!

I had a terrible experience. I ordered my items and they didn’t delivered on the mentioned date as it was suppose to be a surprise. When I tried contacting them no one responded to my mails ,texts and calls. I would never recommend this to anyone.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD !!!! This a big FRAUD website trying to take your hard-earned money. I ordered a premium cake along with bouquet and sweets. Its has been two days since the expected date of delivery and the status still shows as out of delivery since last two days. I tried using their chat service, which is just an automated bot service with no way to connect to a real person. Bot just keep giving the status as "Out of delivery" Their phone number on the website also does not work, it gets auto-disconnected after few minutes. Hope there was a way to give -100 as the rating.

Winnie is a fraud site conning people in the name of delivery and service . They looted lakhs and lakhs money from people . They looted 1500 rs from me on a mother day delivery ! I m sure if this person has a mother . She will suffer a bad fate for his son looting so many people . No money he cheats will be enough .. when Karma hits him . That day he will realise and he will cry for losing everything ! He hurts people who wants to surprise their near or dear ones , he will cry when he loses all his money and bear and dear ones . Amen

These people are dacoits. They deliver gift to somebody else and claims it is delivered. When you ask about proof of delivery they said we r returning the money. Its since 4 months, no money received

My order id Order # 105051556366... Cake is so good. but i ordered the cake around 5pm and they deliver text day 2pm... Customer care not good they hold your calls and your call automatically cut out .. Anyways thanks for your service.

I don't want to give one star to this fake website. I wanted to gift my friend a Irish cake and I was not able to find it anywhere in online shop. I placed the order on 17th April for the 5th May so that they can do their planning accordingly. Along with the cake, I ordered candles too and many of you know the price of each item in these online delivery site is much higher than the items in shops or zomato. For me price was not a constraint so I ordered the cake and candles from this site and to my surprise they delivered entirely different cake and a single candle. What the hell!!!! they ruined the birthday surprise and asked me to wait for 1 hr for the decision : if they can arrange the cake or not or of refund. The take away from this mistake is never ever try new sites for ordering any kind of cake or celebration stuff.

Today first time I have placed my father's birthday cake order in this portal. Portal mention delivery time between 2 pm to 6 pm on May 1, 2021. There is no mechanism to track order in real time. I tried to reach on chat on site but nott got response. Also tried to callcenter but not got any positive response. Team is not having any courtesy to intimate to customer if order is getting delayed. Even callcenter manager is also not accepting failuer on intimating to end customers. My strong recommendation not to place any order on WININ. it's having worst service and response is more worst than their delivery. My order ID is 105011546409.👎
