my order, which was supposed to take 2 days, has taken more than 20 days. It was a Diwali gift No refund, no customer support. The order is still undelivered There were 2 orders. Both undelivered

They are fraud. They don't deliver nor they refund your money back. They will make an excuse that 1dt your phone was not picked up later they will say it was switched off. Guys be aware they are really going to spoil your memories.

thye are nothing than online robbers…………..plzzzzzzzzz don not waste your money…….there are lot of other providers who value their customers. STAY AWAY FROM WINNI……….Horrible service.worst site for any order.winni is not a reliable site.

I have ordered a pineapple cake around 11 am to 12 on Oct 31 (Calicut) , order was processed and later around 4 PM it was shown to be Out for delivery. I have contacted them, they assured that the cake will be delivered within the specified time span (9am to 8pm). But the cake has been delayed and contacted them frequently to ensure, it gets delivered properly. But again they told the orders will get delivered in time. After waiting for many hours at 8 45PM, I got a call back from them saying that pineapple cake is not available right now (which is already out for delivery) and asked me to select another cake for which I had to pay additional 150 rs (1199+150) for 1 kg. Such a bad service from winni, I will not recommend this to anybody. I will discourage anyone who will try to use this again.

I ordered cake for anniversary but they returned since mobile not reachable when I called customer support they will deliver again if I pay the delivery fee again.i paid the extra delivery fee but later when I called as per them they can't deliver since store will close at 9pm.Really horrible experience .

This is the worst site to order a cake. I ordered a cake 2 days prior to the date of the occasion. The delivery didn’t even show up and they send us a message saying the given number was wrong and then I updated the right number and they didn’t even deliver the cake, infact they send a message saying we need more moey to re deliver and after sometime I get another message saying that it was delivered but we didn’t receive the cake. They want more money without even giving service. Worst site ever.

I ordered 1 kg ladoos from Winni and I paid 1300 INR for the same. The quality of the delivered ladoo was very poor, completely dry, very bad packaging. It doesn't at all match the picture on the website. The price of the ladoos they delivered will be hardly 150 INR. Very bad service, never go for this website.

One of the worst experience I have ever had. Paid for a premium birthday cake which had a pinata cake and muffins. Got just the cake first and after complaining got muffins which looked nothing like advertised.

First and foremost, it is a dropship site. Winni acts as a middle man where as the actual order is carried out by third party vendors. I ordered a cake for my niece's birthday at 7:30 PM and the cake was not delivered even after 21 hours (next day evening 4:30 PM) and order status was shown as "Processing". Contacted customer care to know what is the status and when the delivery can be expected. To my surprise, the answer was "We can't commit you for exact delivery time. It will be delivered between 10AM to 9PM". Customer care is of no help beyond this. When i had gone through other customer reviews, then I realized what is the reality of Winni site. At the end the occasion is ruined and I could have gone to a local bakery and could have got the cake with in few hours. With my experience, I don't recommend Winni for others. When they are in frontline, they should have some minimum responsibility and curtsey to serve the customers. Well, lessons learned. This will be the first and last order from Winni (110061895468).

Late delivery and cake cream is so bad . I add on chocolate with my order but they delivery only cake and they charged money for both. I give my cake to my street dog's. Don't buy from them now . They never care you order and quality. But they charge amount like a A grade quality

they delivered totally wrong product and that was surprised for someone on his birthday after complaint they just telling that is right product like we never seen that and arguing. First they fooled to customer and and later arguing. Product was ferorro rochor chocolate cake but they just delivered only chocolate cake. They destroy celebration and later once you complaint need to listen like fooled bcs once you paid they doesn't care anymore. Disgusting service Worst winni team

horrible service. they will never deliver what u order for and the way the deliver it is even worse. quality………..never expect that from winni………and there customer service is way too horrible and they are never friendly. i ordered for laughing Buddha and a bonsai tree as a gift for my friends house warming. Instead they delivered some chinese doll and the bonsai tree was lifeless and leaf less. when i asked them they say that the chinese doll is same as laughing Buddha. thye are nothing than online robbers…………..plzzzzzzzzz don not waste your money…….there are lot of other providers who value their customers. I ordered my first cake but they cheated me by delivering a low cost version of the Rasmalai case but charging premium. When I raised a complain they declined to help. Very bad experience.

What kind of behaviour you are doing with your customers? I have paid that much amount to see this kind of service from you and your team? You guys have not completed your order and write the message on a paper?? Seriously if I wanted this kind of service then why I ordered this from you... this is not expected from your team... your team spoiled my special moment n I don't like that.... I want you to complete the order till morning... n a call from your side in the morning....

Recommend not to try this Company. Very insensitive .Pathetic service levels from this company. Ordered a combo for a relative for her birthday. Delivery did not happen in the allotted time given. Delivery as per their own convenience .To make it worse sends a message that the said person is not available to take delivery when infact the said gift was not even ready from their side for delivery. The word Apology is not even in their dictionary....very shameless and insensitive behaviour from their backend teams. Also the cake delivered was eggless instead of having Egg in it. Will never go to them again.

Worst service faced this year. Last year also I had ordered the service was at least timely. Cake was not at all good but service was timely. This year, I ordered rakhi and sweets from my daughter to my nephew on 22nd August and till date neither is delivered. On top of it, every alternate day they send an email asking please confirm if we can deliver the order today and everytime I respond saying yes please deliver, then nothing happens. After 2 more days, again they ask please confirm if we can deliver today. Pathetic service. Why do you guys take order when you are unable to meet the demand?

Worst Customer service and website!! BEWARE. This is the worst website i have come across . If you want your order to be delivered on time then never place it via their website. I had placed a Rakhi from their website which was supposed to be delivered 2 days before the Rakhi , but it wasn't even delivered even after 2 days of Rakshabandhan. The customer support numbers are not reachable , the chat service doesnt respond and no tracking details are provided the customer. they just want to charge huge delivery charges without delivering the product. Do no trust these people.

The worst service I will neverever order here again it happened twice for me they will not even respond for our order status

I ordered about 5 rakhi, chocolate nd gift hamper for my nephews , they just got one rakhi nd few chocolates, now I m trying to call bt no one answer the phone . Do not trust this website it is a scam . I wish I could give them 0 star .
