Part of my order was cancelled by them on the day of delivery over phone. The other part was replaced by other item which was NOT what I ordered. Promised to send extra gift to balance the cost difference of the second item but was not delivered. On top of all this the delivery was very late w.r.t the slot given and website shows all the products delivered. Chasing them on different channels to at least get refund for the cancelled product

Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered a premium expensive cake, it turned out to be a hard, semi-baked, tasteless bland looking hard packed dump of chocolate and red velvet. Spoiled the special occasion of my son's birthday. The Message meant to be on the cake was written on a card! First time consumer and I am sorry I chose these guys! Sincere advice - do not order, especially for special occasions!

Worst experience I've ever had, I ordered a birthday cake from Winni and even payed extra for delivery these guys didn't delivered my order nor gave my money back, they didn't respond to my calls, THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUD don't order from this site, save your money and occasion

my 1st online cake order - Winni was worst. Nothing matched with pic in website. after my 'ok' with cust sup. 100rs sent back...only after that had my birthday sissy sent pics of the cake package... worse worse cream load, rose color, msg, card, chocolate non were professional. after these pics o called cust care: they said, "you said 'ok' so 100 sent back,now nothing can be done."

Made an order for a bouquet of blue orchids and carnations and other decoration. A plain bouquet of orchids was delivered (which is also available on their website for half the price). I brought this up with their customer care sending them photographs of both the website image and what was received and the third cheaper bouquet also available on their website. Was initially told that there can be 'slight changes' as they have different florists in different cities. On asking how can components just be removed and made equivalent to cheaper bouquet, the team just stopped responding to me. Donot waste your money on them.

Extremely bad experience, I don't know how do they calculate time. If they can't connect you they will return the order back with the information given through emails only. Their numbers are always unreachbale.

Had a very BAD experience. I was charged twice for the same order to the same person and when I told them Why ? They are saying it is my mistake, I ordered. Does it make any sense, I order the same thing to the same person on the same date. Not only with me with my friends account also it is the same. Initially they told they will credit to WINNI account and later they are saying we can't do any thing. That is my mistake that I ordered from WINNI. Guys, I wont RECOMMEND.

Wini is a pathetic site. No quality cakes. Shabby presentation and bad taste. They do not deliver cake for some reason and also charge extra amount which they never refund. Executives have no ethics to talk with customer. They will charge you extra and also will not deliver your order and will give us false statement.

Here is my story - This is best app to get exploited and cheated. I would rather spend the flight ticket to deliver something myself (I am actually doing this) rather than relying on this app. I ordered (Order I'd - 103281491878) birthday flowers one day before the birthday. I made the payment in advance and the delivery was supposed to be between 10AM to 9PM. I called customer care around 1PM to ask for delivery time and was told that the parcel will be delivered by 4PM. I made another call around 7PM and was told that the parcel will be delivered by 9PM. I made yet another call at 9PM and was told that the parcel will be delivered by 11PM. If not then tomorrow. Wowwww..what an awesome service. I asked for an escalation number and did not get one. I asked to talk to their manager and was put on hold. I also have the recording of the conversation but trustpilot does not have an option to attach a file. Unfortunately, the company does not realise that every bad customer experience makes you loose 5 times more potential customers. RIP Winni.in.

Worst site to ever order a cake from. The deadline for delivery was 2 pm and at 1.40 pm i was called and told the cake was not available. Rude and impolite customer care executives. They hung up the call while i was still talking. The vendor delivering it in gangtok was very professional. Cake was not the same as in the picture but was delicious. Thanks to the Vendor in gangtok and not these unprofessional bunch of losers. The cake was delivered at 7 pm instead of 2 pm.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! IF YOU ARE USING THIS APP FOR THE FIRST TIME, PLEASE DONT USE IT, THESE PEOPLE ARE NEVER GOING TO DELIVER THE SAME PRODUCT THAT YOU WILL ORDER, I ORDERED A BOUQUET AND THEY DELIVERED AN UGLY LOOKING BOUQUET, THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME WITH THE REFUND, I CALLED THESE PEOPLE, I CHATTED WITH THEM BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM, I ACTUALLY SPENT 1900 RUPEES FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT WORTH IT, I AM TELLING YOU GUYS IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME WITH THIS WINNI SCAM......... I ordered flowers for mothers day (14 March). Since my mothers favourite flowers were not available on sunday, i ordered it on monday (15 march) for same day delivery. The value was 1,473 Indian rupees. The delivery person rang my mother at 9pm and asked if he could come to deliver for which she said "no" as it would have been 9.45pm which was too late to accept flowers. Further, she is over 70 and was unwell so could not wait that longer. On 16 March i received an email from Winni.in saying that my flowers were delivered and the order is complete. I proudly contacted my mum to ask if she liked the flowers. She said that no one came and delivered flowers on 16 March. I contacted the chat and confronted that the flowers were not delivered and why did i receive the email that the order was delivered and complete. Then they used the following excuses 1. My mother did not answer the telephone (actually she did) 2. The flower died (yes they actually said this) 3. As sender they said they rang me as well (no they did not and can prove with my phone log) They did not have any more excuses so i asked either for a full refund or to resend the flowers and card. Then they stopped responding the chat and left me hung in the chat for over 3 hours. The customer agent names were Sandeep, Neha and Sharma and another lady whose name i did not remember. So, it is clear that this is how the commit the fraud and cheat thousands of customers a day. 1. They say the receiver did not pick up the phone or did not accept the flowers. They do not even attempt to deliver 2. Then they send you an email that the flowers are delivered and that the order is complete. Most of us give up at this time as it is difficult to contact the company and get through chat/phone lines 3. If you still persevere and contact them (by wasting hours of your time) they hang you up With these 3 well proven steps they commit this blatant fraud every day for thousands of transactions and pocket the money. So, do not use them. I wish trustpilot will allow us to upload a photo or print screen of the chat so that the evidence is for all to see. So avoid these fraudsters who scam so many genuine people. They have spoiled the pleasant surprise and love that i wanted to offer my mum.
