Failed to deliver, won’t cancel and arrogant customer service
Ordered the cake 3 days ahead to be delivered on a specific day and winni has failed to delivered it. Sent email and sms confirmations notifying the cake was delivered to both the sender and receiver. Have contacted the customer service team to query and support person was very arrogant and said the cake will be delivered the next day and won’t be cancelling the order or refund the money. Please stay away from this people and company
