Worst customer care and very rude
I recently ordered a rakhi and chocolates to my brother in Hyderabad,the address was right but a slight miscommunication, they called my brother and took the “right address “ and assured them that it would be delivered the next day. And the next day I got a false confirmation regarding the delivery and it’s not delivered. I still had time and requested them to resend or refund me so that I can order again. They are too adamant and rude about this and now they wasted my time and money and just played with my sentiments. Now I can’t even send him the rakhi. The worst service and I don’t understand why do they have fake reviews on their website . DONOT order from this website and make yourself a fool out of this .
