Cheaters and crooks, I ordered a cake and bouquet for my friend's birthday in Mangalore and was shocked to see the miserable cake and bouquet, totally different from the photo and delivered at 02:30 pm after reminder. Please do not get carried away by the marketing strategy.These people are just fooling us . Go for tried and true local products.

I was impressed with the positive reviews of this company on their website. I have now come to realise that there were a lot of fake reviews. Ordered cake and flowers for my sister's wedding anniversary. They were delivered on time but the flowers were dried and lifeless. The cake was also nothing to rave about. Contacted customer service within 4 days to be told that I have not raised the complaint within the 'time-frame'. Nowhere in their website have they mentioned this. Disappointed thoroughly. Will never do business with them again.

Very poor service. I ordered cake on father’s day and got very disappointed with the service i was provided. Firstly, the delivery was too late wherein it was supposed to be done before 2:00 pm and then it was delivered to I don’t whom because I received email that my cake has been successfully delivered. Its very really really disappointing that all this happened when I ordered cake for my father as a celebration of Father’s Day.

I ordered the cake and it was the worst. The picture shown in the website in this and what I received is totally different. The flowers are not decorated finishing is so dirty. And you guys don't even respond to calls.

No one replied to emails, attended calls or responded to chats online. The order was marked as “processing” for hours and it didn’t get delivered. It seems like they are running a scam

First of all they are looting your money by name of premium cake. Quality of cake is just average and charges for that is almost double. Don’t purchase anything from this winni site, you will find better quality of cakes from your local shop.

How many day I want to wait for the cake very worst

They won't reply and won't deliver even after the time agreed. Poorest service!

Ordered Birthday cake and time slot for delivery is 9am to 3pm. Did not receive the product, after the long wait for almost 30 mins, connected to Customer support by 4pm. They said, they were unable to deliver to the address. No answer from them for the question, why did you accept my order? And, they are telling that can deliver next day. Pathetic and playing with emotions.

Ordered photo cake with a message and received a plain cake. Called customer service and they mentioned operations team will contact you regarding resolution. Asked to cancel another order they said 10% will be deducted for that. Very guys to order a cake. Don’t fall to fake reviews.

Not Satisfied with the services as they don't have any cancellations policy and adress updation options lost my 2k don't buy from here once you place order your money gone .in any condition they will not give you refund or discounts on other purchase .

Absolute fraudsters don't order anything as it's completely a fraud. I had ordered for a cake on the same day b/w 2 to 6pm slot order shows as delivered but didn't get delivered money was already paid online Need to raise a consumer complaint to such fraudsters bring them in limelight and beat them to the core..

Order number 105231605587, It was one of my worst experience ever. I will not recommend it to anyone. It was a third class cheap quality cake delivered for 1099 rupees. They should be booked on fraud and cheating charges.
