Winni was not able to deliver the order ontime or on that date. They cannot refund because they do not have an option to cancel the order. Why do I need an order for future date with this kind of service. The contact person said they have a no cancellation policy but it was not in terms and conditions. Poor Poor customer service and extremely disappointed in way they approached me after they failed the promise. I never wrote a bad review for any website or any business and this is the first because I'm that frustrated.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered at 10:00 AM instead they were delivered at 11:00 PM !!!

This is a fake company and they doing fake Promises, Don't trust and don't go for this company I'm going to put a cyber law complaint about this company.

I have ordered for a Dairy Milk Chocolate Basket today worth Rs 849 today, I had opted for same day delivery for the time slot of 2 PM to 6 PM(as the slot availability reflecting in their website) which they call it as so called'Express Delivery'(though their defination of express delivery is a question). For the express delivery extra charge I have paid is Rs 149. Since Afternoon I am trying to reach to their customer care, have writen to them as well. But as usual I haven't received as response from them yet. Winni.in might have a standard copy pasted answer that due to hude order volume the delivery have got delayed. BUT IS THIS FOR THE 1ST TIME YOU ARE GETTING ORDER IN ANY OCCATION? IF NOT, THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE PREPARED ACCORDINGLY. The order has been delivered by 9 PM today. This is the 1st time I have ordered through this website specifically after searching for whole lot of websites offering/not offering same day delivery. But, unfortunately my experience over this site is not pleasant at all and hence reorder from this site is out of the question. Neither I would recommend anyone to order anything from this fraudulant website. Huge lack towards customer satisfaction area, though in the website it has been sugercoated that'20, 000, 000 Customers across the world', '650+ Cities, Happily delivering' etc. The description of the item and the picture mentioned in the wbsire v/s the item and the presentation i have received is hell and heaven difference. Instead of wooden box I have received sponge piece with which the chocolates are attached, and for this they have quoted the price of Rs 849 in their website! Here is no probation to attach the image.

These people are scammers. My order was supposed to be delivered today but till now no info about it. They charged me Rs1200 but now I feel that these people are scammers.

Do not trust this company with your special occasions. They seeing the kind of reviews they have received on every platform, I would have never placed an order with them. I paid a surge charge for same day delivery one that never happened. They have absolutely no customer support, chatbot that just states what is already present on the order screen. A customer care email ID to which nobody responds and finally a customer care number that never connects. I hate to see my special day ruined because of utter incompetance, and I am sorry that I was not aware enough to not place an order with an unprofessional organisation. This almost seems like a scam, I do not think my order will ever get delivered. They show up on top of the google page, clearly configured to cheat and defraud people.

Bahut bakwas aur chor app hai...logo ke paise khane k lie baithe hai... don't waste your money and time. In salo ka kuch nahi hone wala hai. Please guys don't order from here. They wasted my whole day.

I am not satisfied with your service. I thought Gift would be the same way as shown in my image. When I got the gift, I felt that I was wrong. This is my first deal with you which has been very bad. The value of the gift was around 1500 without any discount. And the total value of the gift that I received may be 300. I hope that you will definitely give me some solution for this. Because I think this is not your fault. The mistake happened with your branch from where my gift has come.

Please don't buy ever any product from winni, i booked rose brunch by 12:30 on for someone and slot is showing 2 to 6 PM on 07 Feb, and I ordered but these portal cheet with customer and playing game with emotions and love, order not delivered by 8 om to 9 Pm, and due to this my Rose day convert in worst day.. pathetic service and pathetic experience... Kindly close your shop and shutter... I'll go with social media for my concern.

Worst ever service . I ordered cake and paid extra for express delivery. It shows its delivered but not delivered physically and no update on online support only they said we will check with workshop and registered complain nothing else. Do not trust this company

I had order cake for my nice engagement. but problem was with winni payment service , payment failed twice , I got message payment will be return to my bank.. After 2nd failure, I waited for sometime , to my surprise both payment were successful.. Now Winni is not refunding my money. They are forcing to get refund in Winni walltet . I want money refunded to my bank account. Very poor customer service...

Awful service. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend. They. were meant to be delivered by 9 pm, however, she got a call at about 10 pm on the day, and the flowers still weren't delivered. Next day, I got an email saying that it was delivered - but it wasn't. When I called them up to cancel the order, they said can't do that either.

Worst service. Wrong cake delivered… no resolutions by customer care… fraud

Chor company. DO NOT ORDER. I had ordered a bouquet of 10 Gerberas for a birthday to be delivered between 10am and 6pm. At 5:45 the florist called to say he has run out of Gerberas but will somehow manage. At 6:45 someone came with 6 Gerbera sticks wrapped in a plastic that looked nothing like a bouquet. When I refused to take delivery, WINNI logged the reason as 'Customer refusing delivery' and didn't refund my money.

Its very pathetic service and worst chocolate pinata cake received which I could not accept and consider. delayed delivered Quality of product is very cheapest customer support team making fool to a customer. Today made my day horrible and hurt disrespected in front of guests

Guys don't go with winni services you will get disappointed very worse service and delivery and they will ruin your memorable moments
