Order # 204272388293 I had ordered the Peace Lily plant for my mother that was later substituted with a Bamboo plant and when asked for compensation, they offered 5 Dairy milk chocolates bar. My mother was longing for the Peace lily plant which she did not get. My mother received numeros call from the delivery boy. The product was delivered in a polythene bag, Chocolates were Rs. 10/- and were melted on arrival and card message was shabily written and on a peice of paper. DO NOT ADVERTIZE THE PRODUCT THAT YOU DONT
I had ordered cake on mothers day.and the cake that came was not even 1% matching with what was shown in image. I must say that this is the worst cake ordering app I have ever seen.please never ever buy from Winni.they are the worst in market
I ordered a cake for my mom for Mother’s Day. Their site promised to deliver it on the same day, but never did. I was really disappointed as I live far away and I have not met my Mom since 3 years. They ruined my day. Worst customer service. If @winnie cannot keep their promises they should not make a fool out of peoples’ emotions. On top of all this, they don’t pick ip calls and there is no customer support. Real fake people. Such Companies should be shut down!!
Pathetic service, they took order and claim to deliver during mentioned time slots. However they never delivered on time. I kept calling them for delivery and asking them when they will deliver, they said we are sorry it got late but it will get delivered but they don’t know when: they deliver after occasion ends
I have ordered the cake for my birthday. Cake hasn't received but they updated the status as "Delivered". When I am trying to reach the customer care they didn't respond properly. if you want to make your day as happy , don't order anything in this shop
I ordered some sweets to deliver on holi. But it was not delivered even after 3 days. When I asked to tell me exact date & time, they said it would be delivered tomorrow and if it would not delivered tomorrow, they would reschedule it to some other day. When I asked for refund, they refund the money into their winni wallet. So it is totally fraud. My money is never given me back.
I had a terrible experience with Winni. They delivered a cake to wrong person in the second attempt i received a cake which was off smelling putrid smell emanating from it. They ruined my Mom's Birthday. Please do not buy from it

Paid extra for delivery by 9 am as we were planning to have an early family get together due to my fathers age. Cake did not come and when I called was told delivery will be possible only in evening. After that got a call from local vendor that they just received the order and he was not even sure what type of cake is it. Order was paid for and conformed 10 days back. It is clear that this company is scamming people and operating through third party dealers so delivery and quality cannot be assured and they can keep blaming each other whereas the customer can suffer. The 80th birthday gathering went on without a cake. Wish had checked the feedback and complaints about this company. The cake was delivered against our wishes late afternoon and the cake had printed paper instead of fondant the candles instead of the magic candle was the normal type. We called them to come and take it back as we cannot risk having a product with some dirty printed paper on it they did not and wee threw it. They have refused a refund and offering 200 Rs - Not only should they refund but should pay compensation for ruining our day - not sure why companies like these are allowed too operate.
I would have given a negative rating if possible. This company is a scam. Firstly, the status showed that the cake is delivered while it was not. Secondly, whe I inquired I was informed that they didn't deliver the cake because the delivery guy had called and no one picked up the call. Clearly I didn't receive any call. Also, there is no explanation from the company why the delivery guy had to call even though the correct address was given. He didn't even reach the site but called. Secondly, initially the delivery charge was Rs50 but next day they are charged me additional Rs150 for re-delivery without any explanation. This company is a scam and the customer service is horrible. Would never recommend to order from this site.
Im clearly not the first person this has happened to, I couldn't get my flowers, I had to order from ferns and flowers... they were so professional. The crazy thing is that the order has been marked delivered. But I have not received the product yet. Kindly refund the money. More than 2000 rs Order no. 202142234594. Without delivering the product how can you mark as product delivered. Refund as soon as possible. When I reached out, their customer service keeps sending me a template which says item has been delivered ohh sorryyy etc etc... fake page shut their website down dont ever order anything from winni.in as they are full of unprofessional scammers exploiting the festive seasons. PATHETIC SERVICE Winni was not able to deliver the order ontime or on that date. I don’t need I an order for future date with this kind of service. The contact provided no response. Very bad service I am not ever going to order from winni they are frauds cheated me twice.
I placed an order of cake worth Rs.1200. It was supposed to be delivered on 16.02.2022 (on the same day of order) within 10 pm. The order was not delivered. The track order option showed the order is still in the ''processing'' stage. I tried calling the customer care number provided by them on their app. There was no response. I also raised a complaint through the app. There was no response from their side.

Placed order for 14th Feb. Didn't get delivery in the required time slot. Tried reaching out support multiple times but to no avail. Their email responses were late as well. After more than 24 hours of the expected time of delivery, my order is showing to be delivered but I haven't received anything Update: On mailing several times, the company agreed that they were in the wrong and refunded the money.
There are lot of issues with Winni.com as mentioned below :- 1. They don't deliver the products as their promised (Expected date shown on their website) date. 2. They mark the products delivered in their website even if the product isn't delivered to the recipient. 3. Their chat option in their website does not work as it should. 4. They don't pick up customer calls and sometimes they simply keep cutting the calls. 5. MISBEHAVED WITH DELIVERY RECIPIENT.
I had placed an order on the valentine day, by paying an additional amount for express delivery ( delivery between 8AM-10PM). Whenever I was tracking my order, it was mentioned that your order was out for delivery. Neither they have delivered on time nor anybody attend the customer care service contact ( you will only recieve the same computer generated answer eachtime you enquire abouth the delivery), I haven't recieved my order till next day( whereas I have paid an extra amount for the express delivery, and they claim in their website 2 hour delivery/express delivery/ 8AM - 10PM Delivery)
