Don't risk your car here

Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm. My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle! I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!

Useless don’t bother

Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash. The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with. They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless. Will wash it myself over the weekend.

GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH

GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.

Charged me three times the cost

I came to get my small car cleaned after a long night at the hospital with my unwell daughter who had been sick in the front of the car on the way there. I asked for a full valet which they said would have cost me £30 without the sick. They charged me £90 and didn't clean the back seats (unaffected by sick) properly. I asked if he was sure that was the right amout as its triple the price of a valet and that was two third of my food shop budget. He just smiled and took the money.

Better off elsewhere

Decent clean but overpriced and took far too long. Not the fault of the workers but they appear to be very understaffed for the amount of custom they receive. Nearly 2 hours for an inside and outside wash.

Awful job,for lots of money

Such a bad job at Waves /Tesco Aylesbury site ,for the full monthy wich was £75,car should have been spotless ,it was still full of spots that were not even touched, like the inside the doors ,at the windows controls ,in the boot where i specified it needs more attention,it looked like it was just hoovered in a rush and that was it ,when it should have been damp wiped everywhere after the proper hoovering ,also the front mats needed a bit of a scrub that wasnt done eyther,WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN ,KEEP AWAY PEOPLE!!!

Really bad job cleaning my car

Really bad job cleaning my car, they missed lots of parts on panels and I had to keep pointing them out to the staff there, we're talking large clumps of dirt and mud they missed !! Don't waist your money, not worth even £1. Without any doubt, the worst car was in the area and beyond. Zero stars if I could !

Another great job at waves car wash Wokingham

Another great job at waves car wash in Wokingham. After a month driving in Northern France our car was covered in bugs and mud. The car looks brand new after an inside and outside clean.

AVOID

AVOID waves in Amesbury, Tesco car park. They actually managed to scratch my car. Not even a decent clean. Smear marks on back windows. Inside was obviously a rush job and not much cleaner then when I dropped it off. For a platinum clean absolutely not worth the money! And to top it all staff are unfriendly and barely polite.

Waves at Tesco Extra Northampton South

Waves at Tesco Extra Northampton South. Had a Platinum wash on my SUV today. £90 in total with a £10 off voucher via Tesco tills. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Got home to find water marks and smears all over the bodywork, which took me half an hour to remove. This level of wash is supposed to have a premium exterior wax finish applied. Considering the water marks, I doubt this was even done. Couldn't see a difference between this and a basic wash and dry. Inside valet was to a basic standard. Found a black stain on one part of the light coloured interior trim, which I also had to remove myself. Overall a waste of money. The worst hand car wash I've had in Northampton by far.

Don’t waste your money with Waves

Had car washed couple months back at Bidston Moss Wirral. The car was pretty clean just needed a freshen up and finer details doing. Arrived and was told the car would be £40 even though the size guide online said £35, said this to them and they informed me I was wrong. Was told it would be about 40 minutes so went for a coffee and little bit of shopping. Headed back and they had only just started the inside so had to wait another half hour. When I eventually got the car back I was told I couldn’t collect club card points as it “cost them” to issue them. Seems like the guy who ran it was the owner and was mumbling something about the company and not keeping the business etc. There was a small scuff on the passenger door that looked like black rubber and they hadn’t even tried to remove it. The inside had hardly been touched, mats not even moved. I went home and got the scuff mark off myself with car body cleaner in a few minutes. I’m repeatedly get marketing emails and texts and have requested my details be removed. I was informed this had been actioned. Then 2 days ago I get more marketing via email and text, request they remove again or give a reason why they won’t. No reply has been sent to confirm anything yet. I doubt I will get a reply from this review.
