I experienced great service from this company. Email questions prior to purchase were replied to within 2 hours during their working hours and all questions answered clearly and helpfully. Placed my order on a Friday, parcel turned up Monday morning on their standard delivery option. All items ordered were received in first class condition and their prices are the best I could find online. Very impressed; thank you. 100% recommended from me.

Inefficient, untrustworthy: AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Water Irrigation is the online trading name of Hydrosure Global Limited, based in Telford, Shropshire. They do not have a telephone contact number which automatically raises question marks as to their credibility. Their online system ignored my instant attempt to cancel my order, taking my money. They cancelled the delivery but have still not refunded my money after more than THREE WEEKS! I cancelled my order online as soon as I realised they operated without a facility for direct (telephone) communication - my reluctance to deal with them has now been validated. Other reviews would appear to confirm this company cannot be trusted. NOTE: Usually my Trustpilot reviews are positive!

Inconsistent, fail to notify when items are out of stock

Inconsistent, have made four orders with them, two have had issues: - one order some times items were missing, I contacted they explained they are out of stock. Doesn’t explain why they didn’t process a refund automatically and/or notify me - one order I paid for next day. It didn’t turn up. Had to contact and again, out of stock. No notification the premium service I paid for wouldn’t be fulfilled, no apology, no attempt to resolve. Avoidable as it was a large order and was held up by one item. Customer service is ok but you have to email and hours are limited. Shame there is a disconnect between fulfilment team and customer services

Be very wary of this company

This company has no phone line! They claim to do customer service by email but they don't respond for days! I'm trade and they got my order wrong so I've had to pull out of a job, reorder my schedule and pay my lads to stand around on site without being able to phone and speak to a person. 5 days later and despite emailing daily I'm no further forward with sorting it out. I've had to buy from another supplier and hope I eventually get a refund.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. I ordered a Gardena Soil Sensor from Waterrirrigation and it wasn't recognised by the Gardena 9V Bluetooth valve. Antonia from Customer Service was extremely helpful and liaised with Gardena Support until the issue was resolved (submerging the tip of the sensor in water for 24 hrs did the trick, in case anyone else encounters this issue). Antonia kept me updated regularly about progress and when Gardena Support took longer than expected to respond, she offered a refund/replacement, which I'm pleased to say wasn't necessary.

After reading a lot of poor reviews, I was pleasantly surprised

After reading a lot of poor reviews, I thought I’d share my experience of this company’s customer service….. I believe It is when things don’t go to plan, that you get to see a companies true ability: I ordered some parts from W.I and when the items arrived, some were missing! I sent off a query form via website, then went on to read the reviews regarding the poor CS, and have to say I was getting worried about the situation! However I got a response the next day from a pleasant CS advisor “Shannon”apologising and explaining there had been an error in warehouse, my missing items were sent out express delivery and with me next day! Yes a bit of inconvenience but mistakes happen and I was dealt with very well and the problem was rectified asap. All I would say, I would rather the company’s had a phone number to get in touch rather than the query via website….

OK products, but apalling customer service

The products offered are generally okay and good value and arrive promptly, but if you have a problem with the products or installation, you will get little support except via email, even if you have spent considerable sums on a full garden irrigation system. For me, cable supplied did not meet the spec required by the system components but I was assured it was okay when I questioned it. 1 year later, all pipes and cables in the ground and a not working system, I find that the cable is no longer offered and replaced with a branded alternative 3 times more expensive. Curious huh! Asked for assistance but they refuse any communication except via email. Unless you are a pro, pay a bit more and buy elsewhere.
