I experienced great service from this company. Email questions prior to purchase were replied to within 2 hours during their working hours and all questions answered clearly and helpfully. Placed my order on a Friday, parcel turned up Monday morning on their standard delivery option. All items ordered were received in first class condition and their prices are the best I could find online. Very impressed; thank you. 100% recommended from me.

Inefficient, untrustworthy: AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Water Irrigation is the online trading name of Hydrosure Global Limited, based in Telford, Shropshire. They do not have a telephone contact number which automatically raises question marks as to their credibility. Their online system ignored my instant attempt to cancel my order, taking my money. They cancelled the delivery but have still not refunded my money after more than THREE WEEKS! I cancelled my order online as soon as I realised they operated without a facility for direct (telephone) communication - my reluctance to deal with them has now been validated. Other reviews would appear to confirm this company cannot be trusted. NOTE: Usually my Trustpilot reviews are positive!

Inconsistent, fail to notify when items are out of stock

Inconsistent, have made four orders with them, two have had issues: - one order some times items were missing, I contacted they explained they are out of stock. Doesn’t explain why they didn’t process a refund automatically and/or notify me - one order I paid for next day. It didn’t turn up. Had to contact and again, out of stock. No notification the premium service I paid for wouldn’t be fulfilled, no apology, no attempt to resolve. Avoidable as it was a large order and was held up by one item. Customer service is ok but you have to email and hours are limited. Shame there is a disconnect between fulfilment team and customer services

Be very wary of this company

This company has no phone line! They claim to do customer service by email but they don't respond for days! I'm trade and they got my order wrong so I've had to pull out of a job, reorder my schedule and pay my lads to stand around on site without being able to phone and speak to a person. 5 days later and despite emailing daily I'm no further forward with sorting it out. I've had to buy from another supplier and hope I eventually get a refund.

Returns for faulty products are very…

Returns for faulty products are very difficult. I've used WI a number of times, the products are reasonably priced and arrive quickly enough, I've never had problems. However, if you have a problem with the product? Good luck to you. I had a faulty product. It's not WIs fault - these things happen. I opened a ticket, and got a useless AI chat response email to my query. I was was asked to supply images of the the problem, which I did, and the ticket was closed without further communication (closed sending a new one, closed ignoring me, who knows?). I was sent an email to review their service but apparently the service provided on a ticket after it is closed (isn't that when you want to rate the service, after it has been provided?). Anyway. Lets be honest, you get these items from other online retailers and you may have chosen this one because the smaller size and specialism would result in better service. Well it doesn't. So as long a your product isn't faulty or you don't need any help this firm is great. If anything does go wrong though, you will deeply regret not having used other online retailers, who have got their act together. Edit (11/7/24). Following this review, I was contacted by the company who responded quickly and helpfully. I have therefore upgraded from 1 star to 3 star (I can't give 5 due to the original failures) but a upgrade was definitely warranted and nice to see that they want to do better than they did originally.

4 great experiences using them

Just placed my 4th order for irrigation parts. I’ve had no issues but because of this have not had to try and contact them, which seems the majority of the bad feedback. I will keep using them to get my whole garden on auto watering

Excellent product, fast, reliable

Bought a very long anti kink hose from them with some end bits. Paid for next day delivery. Came as expected. Not a single issue. Don't know why the reviews here are so bad.

Can not contact company

Can not contact company, item was not up to job. Tried to return item the day it was delivered as I used the item would not return. Item was used for 1 minute

Hopeless company

Hopeless company, no way to contact them, email or telephone or chat. The CONTACT doesn't work although you are invited to contact TECHNICAL but that doesn't work either. High Risk so would advise using alternative company / source

Fabulous service

I purchased a timer from Water Irrigation which was faulty. The company was extremely helpful and I received a replacement within 10 hours by special delivery, and didn’t have to return the failed item. Service like this is very rare and shows what internet shopping should be like. Well done Water Irrigation.

I won’t recommend waterirrigation

My basket for items amount 88.44. I went to checkout. On pressing Apple pay, an amount of £ 431.80 has been deducted. It was a Sunday evening. I pressed cancel order immediately. Now I am told they cannot amend the order and the order will be dispatched. I cannot trust Waterirrigation. Not because this went wrong, but because of the way it is being handled. To update. My order was 3/6/24. I only had a response after reaching out to trust Pilot. 16/4/24 I received my refund. Such a delay when it is the company at fault is unacceptable. I owned my own business so I like to use local over Amazon. I just wish I had a better experience. Sorry, my rating remains 1 star.

Had a problem, needed help

I had a problem with some kit I bought from Water Irrigation and had to contact them. Their response was superb; it took a short while to resolve, but communication during that time was excellent. What really impressed me though, was their offer to go above and beyond by lending me alternative kit in the meantime. A company to be trusted, from my experience and I would highly recommend

Ordered a hose on next day delivery on a bank holiday Monday...was delivered on the Tuesday at 9am ...was concerned with the reviews on here but fear not I was impressed...granted a phone number on the website would be a bonus but you can't have everything...I would use again!

great customer service

When the auto watering system I ordered hadn't arrived after nearly a fortnight (useless Hermes courier service here in N Scotland), I contacted their customer services dept. Within an hour Shannon emailed me back, had checked the courier updates and concluded the consignment had been lost and arranged for another to be sent by express. Such a treat to be on the receiving end of great service. Highly recommended.
