I experienced great service from this company. Email questions prior to purchase were replied to within 2 hours during their working hours and all questions answered clearly and helpfully. Placed my order on a Friday, parcel turned up Monday morning on their standard delivery option. All items ordered were received in first class condition and their prices are the best I could find online. Very impressed; thank you. 100% recommended from me.

Inefficient, untrustworthy: AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Water Irrigation is the online trading name of Hydrosure Global Limited, based in Telford, Shropshire. They do not have a telephone contact number which automatically raises question marks as to their credibility. Their online system ignored my instant attempt to cancel my order, taking my money. They cancelled the delivery but have still not refunded my money after more than THREE WEEKS! I cancelled my order online as soon as I realised they operated without a facility for direct (telephone) communication - my reluctance to deal with them has now been validated. Other reviews would appear to confirm this company cannot be trusted. NOTE: Usually my Trustpilot reviews are positive!

Inconsistent, fail to notify when items are out of stock

Inconsistent, have made four orders with them, two have had issues: - one order some times items were missing, I contacted they explained they are out of stock. Doesn’t explain why they didn’t process a refund automatically and/or notify me - one order I paid for next day. It didn’t turn up. Had to contact and again, out of stock. No notification the premium service I paid for wouldn’t be fulfilled, no apology, no attempt to resolve. Avoidable as it was a large order and was held up by one item. Customer service is ok but you have to email and hours are limited. Shame there is a disconnect between fulfilment team and customer services

Be very wary of this company

This company has no phone line! They claim to do customer service by email but they don't respond for days! I'm trade and they got my order wrong so I've had to pull out of a job, reorder my schedule and pay my lads to stand around on site without being able to phone and speak to a person. 5 days later and despite emailing daily I'm no further forward with sorting it out. I've had to buy from another supplier and hope I eventually get a refund.

Next Day Delivery? Oh no, it's not

Placed an order early Thursday morning on the promise of next day delivery. Paid the extra for that and was promised an email confirming the details. Never got an email and so rang Thursday afternoon; was told that the order had been processed and it was confirmed for delivery Friday. On that basis, we booked men to work Friday evening and all weekend. By 3pm Friday, still no email and certainly no delivery - so we chased this company. A polite lady took details saying that there was something curious about the order - at which, our experience tells us we are going to be let down. The lady calls back to say that they had made a mistake on our postcode and therefore delivery would be Monday. But they would refund the delivery charge but no, they could not do anything about a delivery before Monday - what? Don't customer-facing companies work weekend as we do? Great, we get £5 back when we have committed to pay wages for the weekend. Lesson learnt - don't trust what this firm says

Ordered an RHS impact sprinkler with …

Ordered an RHS impact sprinkler with Tripod. Parcel delivered by Yodel completely ripped open with parts missing. Submitted detailed photos. Spoke with customer service who stated a new package would be sent out next day but not using Yodel & that the package would be double wrapped & secure. The parcel duly arrived with a big rip down the side delivered again by Yodel & wrapped exactly as the previous delivery despite assurances to the contrary. Now here's the rub. Have just found out my calls to complain wre on premium numbers So, beware, they do not do as assured from their customer services and you will be charged the maximum when you phone to complain. Will never use Waterirrigation again

Parts Missing Even After You Complain

I ordered 3 Mona Plantsava 2L from this company last year. Two arrived with the water pipe missing so they were completely unusable so I contacted the company to ask them where the parts where. They were sent out to me within the week by Royal Mail. Further inspection revealed that one of the water pipes was missing the flotation device which means when I water the plant I don't know whether I've over or under watered it. I couldn't be bothered to contact this company again so simply wait until water flows out of the bottom of the pot. I have ordered Mona Plantsavas from 2 other companies before, and while the product price is the same the only difference is postage costs are cheaper with Water Irrigation. The reason the postage is cheaper is clear - they sent you half the product, and even if you complain they still don't send you the full product. I strongly suspect the sellers don't actually know what they are selling, so can't check the products are complete before sending them out.
