Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Order never turned up. Spent over 3k at Travis Perkins over last couple of months need to spend the same amount again to finish project but deliveries are unreliable. First two orders fine, third delivery date changed two days before delivery, fourth delivery was cancelled and rearranged at 11am the day it was meant to be delivered due to driver sickness (emailed Travis Perkins customer support) and the fifth delivery hasn't turned up even though I received a txt today (1/5/24) saying it would. I give up. In the morning I will cancel my order. I am not wasting another day waiting for a Travis Perkins delivery. Edit: Delivery turned up this morning 2/5/24, could not accept as no room, as parking I blocked off yesterday had been taken. I spoke to your manager who said his driver had an accident yesterday which delayed my delivery. But I received no message about that yesterday and only received a phone call today after speaking to driver who turned up this morning. I did say that a previous delivery had been missed due sickness and that I can not wait around for deliveries that don't arrive. He did say he could give me first drop tomorrow but with my luck something else would probably go wrong. I will go elsewhere, I know deliveries can be delayed but out of 5 deliveries only 3 have arrived on day expected.

Travis Perkins, Porthmadog, North Wales. Ordered a new kitchen from this branch back in 2022. They recommended a local fitter as they do not employ their own fitters. Kitchen was only fitted this month as a serious water leak from the roof space in the property ruined everything. Despite the delay and the subsequent reinstatement works this company has kept a wonderfully positive attitude to our plight. The kitchen was kept in their storage for as long as necessary with a "don't worry" attitude "we will look after it till you are ready" No mention of storage fees or a cancellation of order only our happiness was their concern. For all this the credit goes to Rebekah Waugh the showroom manager. Travis Perkins are very lucky to have such a warm, caring and wonderful person working for them. Over the Last Month i have been working on a New Block Paved Drive way in East Peckham Tonbridge. And have been using Travis Perkins Branch at 41 Old London Road East Peckham TN12 5AP. I would like to say what a Brilliant builders merchants. The best yard I have been to in a long time. All the staff are great, friendly and go out of there way to help. The Yard is the most organized and tidy builders yard you will ever come across. I hope to get more jobs in the area so i can continue to use this particular branch of Travis Perkins again. Excellent service from ordering to delivery! Good communication on the time of our delivery including gps tracking of vehicle. Connor delivered five bulk bags of gravel over a 6ft fence inch perfect 👌 We are very pleased thank you! It was the Margate branch 👍

We received a 5 ⭐️ service from Travis Perkins wattstown branch. The manger Mr bowen promptly took my order in a very professional manner, having great knowledge of the materials I required. The delivery driver Paul was very kind and courteous on delivery, skilfully unloading the hiab truck on to my front garden to minimise me carrying the materials up the steps. I would definitely recommend.
