Travis Perkins an excellent service
Travis Perkins, Porthmadog, North Wales. Ordered a new kitchen from this branch back in 2022. They recommended a local fitter as they do not employ their own fitters. Kitchen was only fitted this month as a serious water leak from the roof space in the property ruined everything. Despite the delay and the subsequent reinstatement works this company has kept a wonderfully positive attitude to our plight. The kitchen was kept in their storage for as long as necessary with a "don't worry" attitude "we will look after it till you are ready" No mention of storage fees or a cancellation of order only our happiness was their concern. For all this the credit goes to Rebekah Waugh the showroom manager. Travis Perkins are very lucky to have such a warm, caring and wonderful person working for them.
