Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Web site promises a Saturday delivery on placing an order only for the local office/depot to arrange a Tuesday delivery with no hint of an apology and when questioned blamed their own Web Site for being “absolutely useless” That’s their words not mine Sounds like Travis Perkins needs to get its house in order for the absolute basics of customer service

I have ordered and collected from the Ware Herts store 3 times and they have always had the items I needed . The staff are very helpful and friendly . I shall definitely be using them again

After previous issues just when I thought this business could not sink any lower. Placed an order for my local branch – received order confirmation and they take payment but when I arrive, I find that they are permanently closed. Upon calling the number on the receipt I get through to another branch who inform me that the subject branch had been closed for a couple of weeks. After calling customer services they tell me that the best they can do is refund the order – yet no offer sending the goods out, or a token payment towards time or inconvenience, despite this being their fault. In summary they allow me to order from a ghost branch and they expect me to pick up the tab for my wasted visit and experience and in short, they don’t care. Terrible customer service and terrible business. I would think long and hard about what customer service experience you may get. Update 14/05: Upgraded from 1* to 4* after the intervention of the regional director who was excellent.

Easy to use informative website to place an order for 50 bags of 25 litre topsoil. Quality was fabulous, and the main this was it was craned inch perfect onto the property not dumped like so many other companies do on tge pavement...massive plus. The order was placed with Aintree and a staff member rang to confirm order and said I could have earlier if I wanted and no one had to be in as photo would be taken....another huge plus. The driver was superb and dropped inch perfect into gap. The quality was fabulous..hats off to Travis Perkins Aintree...would I order again...DEFINITELY

I use my local Travis Perkins at Leighton Buzzard on a domestic basis only and although my visits are not that regular and I do not spend large amounts, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Service is quick, they are competitive on pricing and the buying process is very straight forward. After purchase, you drive into their warehouse with the receipt and a friendly member of staff quickly load up the items purchased into your car. I fully recommend using this company.

So we have had a few deliveries now from the Bulwell branch,and the service by the driver Darren is excellent nothing is to much trouble and he is always a happy guy. When we see the lorry turn up we know there's going to be no issues and no problems you need more drivers like Darren he's a credit and an asset to any company! Dave,Dean& co.
