Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

I'm terrible with names but there are three people in particular working at Travis in Uttoxeter that I can't rate enough. I was attempting to build some shelves for a bedroom and a pantry and they were all extremely friendly to this amateur carpenter makeing everything incredibly easy. If they see this review they'll know who they are. Thanks guys. 😁

Called TP local branch on Wednesday to enquire about delivery but they could see it on the system. They suggested I call the customer service line but couldn't be bothered to find the number so had to search myself. Number wasn't easy to find on their website I I found it and called it. They found the order and said thetd call the store at 8am on Thursday to advise them to plan it for Friday. Called customer services on Friday to ask what time the delivery was sat around waiting for it. They said it wasn't book in until next Friday but they would call the store to get it delivered that day and I'd get a call within an hour. A TP hour must be longer than a standard hour as it's been 21 hours now without a call back.

Today, we received a micro digger delivery on site and I would like to commend Roshan (Minworth/Solihull Branch) for his exceptional assistance. He displayed a high level of professionalism and the service he provided was faultless. Whilst my ballast was split on some of the bags I had excellent customer service from the manager Darrian. But what made our delivery very special was the Driver Daniel. He was so polite and helpful which is rare these days. If only all companies had a Daniel the world would be a better place

I would like to call out a specific member of staff who went above and beyond today. Ketzel from your Leighton Buzzard branch was our delivery driver today. Due to changes in delivery date it was just myself home and we didn’t have the support of my partner to help move the wood we had ordered to the back. Ketzel moved a large order of wood, even in the heavy rain, to a safe area at the back of the house. He was professional, polite and provided the support with no hesitation. Thank you Ketzel.

Always helpful nothing is to much trouble from the counter to the yard and even delivery drivers are more than happy to assist in making things as easy as possible cant fault the place. Stirtchley Branch Birmingham also on occasions Bournville Branch I have always receiced excellent service.
