Order never turned up

Order never turned up. Spent over 3k at Travis Perkins over last couple of months need to spend the same amount again to finish project but deliveries are unreliable. First two orders fine, third delivery date changed two days before delivery, fourth delivery was cancelled and rearranged at 11am the day it was meant to be delivered due to driver sickness (emailed Travis Perkins customer support) and the fifth delivery hasn't turned up even though I received a txt today (1/5/24) saying it would. I give up. In the morning I will cancel my order. I am not wasting another day waiting for a Travis Perkins delivery. Edit: Delivery turned up this morning 2/5/24, could not accept as no room, as parking I blocked off yesterday had been taken. I spoke to your manager who said his driver had an accident yesterday which delayed my delivery. But I received no message about that yesterday and only received a phone call today after speaking to driver who turned up this morning. I did say that a previous delivery had been missed due sickness and that I can not wait around for deliveries that don't arrive. He did say he could give me first drop tomorrow but with my luck something else would probably go wrong. I will go elsewhere, I know deliveries can be delayed but out of 5 deliveries only 3 have arrived on day expected.
