CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

We booked return ticket on April 2023 london - Indonesia , and and when we have an emergency becouse my dad was very ill and wanted to change the ticket a week before our original flight , they wanted as to pay extra £1500 (for 4 of us) which is is almost the same price like buy new ticket !!! It’s totally scamer and use that opportunity to robe you !!!! I will never use this agent again !!!

Yesterday I called Travel Trolley because an emergency occured which impacted my travel plans. The staff member I spoke to was less than helpful and I put the phone down disheartened and and with plans to cancel my whole trip. Today I called back with the view to speak to a manager to complain about my previous experience and Joesph was the operator who picked up the phone. He was warm, understanding and made me feel like he was doing everything he could to try and help. At the end of the call even though I ended-up paying an extortionate amount of money for the changes that needed to be made to my trip at least I left the call feel well taken care of and feeling listened to. Cant recommend this particular member of TRavel Trolley enough. If you decide to book with them ask for Joesph!

The worst travel agency you can get AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! at all cost. Their work is just to rip you off. My family had a flight scheduled on Monday the 27th Nov and we were 20min late due to traffic. The lady at the desk with Kenya airways asked me to call the airline to be put on the next flight but with a fee. The airline then later mentioned only the agency we booked with would be able to do that. When we called Trolley they said we had to pay full fare again this is not acceptable no airline will ever do this to you. It's either you refund a percentage of the ticket or ask to top up a fee now we had to come back home because we don't have that amount of money they were asking. Can you please tell me what happens to my return ticket because I need to be refunded for that because we didn't travel and you have just ruined my children's 1st visit to meet their grandparents.

Please be very careful before giving a review. Just found out today that there is indeed Scammer on Facebook who advertised itself as Traveltrolley but definitely a difference in the spelling of the emails and website name. Be careful out there

I had a complex multiple flights booking and he was able to give me several options with very competitive prices. He understood my requirements clearly and tried his very best to accommodate my specific arrival times. Will definitely contact him again for all my business and personal flight and holiday requirements.

I have never in my life dealt with such a incompetent company. They are ripping you off by selling deals that you cannot see that there are massive limitations on your booking. I called and went to a woman from the moment she answered she would not help me then started saying to me that it wasn't the agencies fault and that I had to sort it myself. I have been in travel for years and the agency does need to support the changes that is why they have a fee. This is just an Indian call centre ripping people off. AVOID at all costs. DO not think you are getting a good deal the costs to fix your flight will be so significant. I will NEVER use this company again and will tell everyone I can to never use this business.

I booked flights to the USA for times & costs that I wanted. Travel Trolley Email sent to me a few hours later saying that flights weren't available and they had worse alternative options. Bait and switch tactics in my opinion, don't use.

Booked a flight with them to LA has to cancel the booking because my grandson was stabbed to death the day we was supposed to fly I informed them and was led to believe its up to the airline to refund me ? Which was a complete lie they had the money and now refused to refund me utterly disgusted with they answers and avoidance to reply to my emails and calls will never use again !

Avoid, if you have a problem or query they couldn't care less. I was due a flight refund for two return flights confirmed by the airline. They offered me 25% back of the entire trip, there is NEVER a manager available and NEVER call you back. Staff are rude and refused to share any details of the cost breakdown or flight refund. Given the same flight is available for double the refund it's clear they keep your money.
