Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Basically someone answering the phone quickly and reassuring me . Your site assumes the nationality of the country where you complete the payment and I worried this would complicate the booking. The quick reassurance I received on the phone meant I will definately use your service again in the future

Called Joseph to change the ticket date for the second time and he went above and beyond to help me even thought it was tricky. Will definitely recommend to book from travel trolly as their customer support is excellent and trustworthy.

If you book with Travel trolley you do it at your own risk. They seem to be a very fraudulent company. I paid for a ticket turned up at the airport only to find out that they did not pay the airline leaving me stranded. I have asked for compensation they have refused asked to be rebooked on another flight they asked me to pay extra. Asked for a refund there response was it will take time. I will almost certainly take them to court I have made another attempt at contacting them and I was informed that my name is no longer in their records and suggested to me that I may have been defrauded..The dumb customer service team seem to forget that cash transactions have a trailer I was informed by customer service that I will be refunded in 72 hours I am yet to get a refund. What crime did I commit to get this treatment?

Booked a flight with travel trolley to Calgary for january. Paid extra for no cancellation fee. Called to cancel 7 weeks before my flight to be told the cancellation fee is almost HALF the price of the flight! I asked why this was when I paid extra for the security of this not happening and was told it’s only free if you cancel 24hrs before your flight… so it’s free a day before your flight but nearly 2 months before is an extortionate charge how does that make sense!? When I asked where this info was on their website or terms and conditions (because Yes I read them all) I was told it’s stated on my invoice. Yes, on the invoice AFTER I’ve paid you. Where is this info BEFORE I pay you. Was told by the guy on the phone this is info is not stated on their website or before booking. So he admitted… FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I will be issuing a charge back from my bank thank you.

36 hours after I bought a ticket they called me to say they won't be able to provide the service because the fares went up. Now I have to buy another ticket at a more expensive fare (somewhere else) because of the time lost. I would NOT RECOMMEND buying from this intermediary, just go straight to the airline's site.
