AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I have never in my life dealt with such a incompetent company. They are ripping you off by selling deals that you cannot see that there are massive limitations on your booking. I called and went to a woman from the moment she answered she would not help me then started saying to me that it wasn't the agencies fault and that I had to sort it myself. I have been in travel for years and the agency does need to support the changes that is why they have a fee. This is just an Indian call centre ripping people off. AVOID at all costs. DO not think you are getting a good deal the costs to fix your flight will be so significant. I will NEVER use this company again and will tell everyone I can to never use this business.
