Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Just booked a flight and had a phone call an hr later saying it's not confirmed. The money has left my account. I don't trust this company and advise people not to use. I will be contacting the trading standards and seeking advice on how to proceed.
I booked in 2020 to go to the States. We all know what happened in 2020. This company honoured a voucher of £588 which I have now used to rebook. The original flights were Virgin. The new one BA. This is beyond any credit I would have got booking direct with any airline. I am very grateful to them and think they are a decent honourable business. Will not hesitate to book again with Southall or Travel Trolley.

I recently booked a ticket through TravelTrolley via SkyScanner, feeling confident about my travel plans. However, things quickly turned sour. Shortly after confirming my booking, I received an email stating that my seats were subject to availability and insinuating that my payment had been voided. This was perplexing as my credit card had already been debited for the full amount.
To add insult to injury, they demanded an extra sum for the ticket, claiming my payment hadn't gone through. This was despite clear evidence of the initial payment deduction from my card. Their subsequent cancellation of my booking left me stranded and out of pocket.
The service from both SkyScanner and TravelTrolley was beyond disappointing. It's appalling to experience such incompetence and deceit. This entire ordeal showcases a blatant disregard for customers and their hard-earned money. Buyer beware—these companies are more proficient in misleading customers than providing reliable service.
very poor customer service asked for confirmation about something on the phone about luggage and the rep got super agitated and mean and i asked to speak to a manager and he put the phone down. very shady.
I Try to book ticket via Travel Trolley but when run the payment I can't wrote OTP number in there website.
Then I call them but price going up and it's more then £ 50.00. It means what ever price display in there website it's not correct, it's just marketing policy so you can't book until what they want money from you guys. I fill they doing wrong and cheat with people.

Came in with the best price for a long haul flight, so booked.
Got a call some hours later from an offshore call centre saying they are refunding the flight because they couldn't honour the price.
DON'T ADVERTISE THE PRICE IF YOU CAN'T KEEP IT.
Edit re Travel Trolley's response: No, your ONE JOB is to have accurate and current prices for flights. What even is your purpose otherwise? Will never use again and am telling others not to as well.
