Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Would never recommend anyone to use…

Would never recommend anyone to use this company, they take your money, and don’t book the flights properly, my dad went to Amritsar with a connecting flight all booked by travel trolley, when he got to Delhi the airline refused to let him on saying the my dad did not have a valid ticket, my dad had paid over £1000 for these flights, and when returning both his return flights too were not valid, going calling this agent and airlines, they were blaming each other, but from our point of view travel trolley skewed up somewhere and refuse to return our money.

Terrible Communication, Left in Limbo

Following update issue resolved but only after we constantly called. They were not proactive at all in addressing this flight amendment issue. On 19/02/25 ambiguous email received from Ratika saying flight change notification for flight on 12 March and to call them urgently. No body answers from the number provided. Emails get a boiler template back saying they forwarded to right department. Over the next weeks we call the main travel trolley number several times talking to countless people, they promise and promise and promise to get back to us with options saying wait 24 to 48 hours. It turns out a leg of the flight from HK to London was cancelled. It 7 March and they have still not given us options and the original flight is DUE in 5 DAYS! We tried being accommodating by saying we were happy to get a flight a day or even a few days later instead. I'm sorting this for my father who is also diabetic so needs to come back for medication but nobody at Travel Trolley seems to care if we are left in the dark. They just don't care. No refund, no options for other flights a few days before original flight. You've been warned. Just pay a bit more money for an agency who will be able to get you back home and communicate with you.

DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELTROLLEY!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELTROLLEY!!! Don’t ignore the bad comments and listen to them! They try to squeeze as much money out of you as they possibly can by constantly getting your booking wrong in places and then charging you extra to change it. They’re customer service team are rude and condescending and not helpful at all! Will not be booking with them ever again and advise everyone else the same.

Do not book with this company

Do not book with this company. They have caused so much hassle for no reason. They supposedly work 9am-11pm but take 3 weeks to respond to an email. Very unhappy with the level of service I have received. I would also like to add that the advisor I have been dealing with are very rude and condescending.

Great communication when flight was cancelled

Unfortunately my flight was cancelled due to a storm, but the team at travel trolley were genuinely great for communicating that I would get my refund (I called in a panic on the day I was meant to leave, they sorted it and emailed confirmation). It does take a little while for the refund, but I called back after a few weeks like they said to and they were immediately able to confirm that British Airways had authorised the refund and I’d have it back in my account within 3 working days. Unlike a lot of places, their customer service providers over the phone were really efficient, kind and had answers for me in minutes.

Compassionate and exemplary service

The team at travel trolley were really helpful when I had a personal emergency and had to delay my return journey. The team were patient, understanding and helped me with multiple options so that I did not feel pressured to make the decision instinctively. Team swiftly responded and ensured the amendments were made according to my choices. Will recommend Traveltrolley to everyone.

A family member of mine booked a flight…

A family member of mine booked a flight ticket through Travel Trolley, but their system mistakenly mixed up parts of their first and last name—something no human would ever do. First and last names should never be combined incorrectly. When we contacted Lufthansa, they confirmed that Travel Trolley is responsible for correcting the mistake since this is an "Agent Ticket," meaning Travel Trolley has the authority to make changes. However, when we reached out to Travel Trolley’s customer service for help, Norman, the representative, was shockingly unhelpful. Instead of assisting us, he insisted that we had to purchase a new ticket. Despite arranging a call between Lufthansa and Travel Trolley, even Lufthansa was shocked that Travel Trolley refused to correct the issue. Now, due to their mistake, we are being forced to pay over £700 for a new ticket. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid Travel Trolley. We have now purchased a new ticket directly from the airline and will never use Travel Trolley again. Our original flight was scheduled for the end of March, and this entire ordeal has been a stressful and unnecessary burden.

Awful company

Awful company! Do not book through them!!! My flights were cancelled very quickly after I booked and it took over 7 weeks and lots of phone calls including getting ATOL involved to receive a refund. The customer service is horrendous and I was hung up on multiple times and in my final phone-call yesterday I was shouted at. No interpersonal skills what so ever and very unhelpful.

I paid £35 for extended refund.. and refund me rejected saying their policy which is bit confusing .. I lost the ticket money and £35.. it was not a planned cancellation… it was absolutely because of an important reason..
