Terrible Communication, Left in Limbo
Following update issue resolved but only after we constantly called. They were not proactive at all in addressing this flight amendment issue. On 19/02/25 ambiguous email received from Ratika saying flight change notification for flight on 12 March and to call them urgently. No body answers from the number provided. Emails get a boiler template back saying they forwarded to right department. Over the next weeks we call the main travel trolley number several times talking to countless people, they promise and promise and promise to get back to us with options saying wait 24 to 48 hours. It turns out a leg of the flight from HK to London was cancelled. It 7 March and they have still not given us options and the original flight is DUE in 5 DAYS! We tried being accommodating by saying we were happy to get a flight a day or even a few days later instead. I'm sorting this for my father who is also diabetic so needs to come back for medication but nobody at Travel Trolley seems to care if we are left in the dark. They just don't care. No refund, no options for other flights a few days before original flight. You've been warned. Just pay a bit more money for an agency who will be able to get you back home and communicate with you.
