CAUTION: Malicious website. Flight bookings are unreliable. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. Never ever booking any flight through them.
Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Disgusting disgrace of a company. They told me I don’t need my middle name on my travel tickets from Scotland to India but Turkish airlines said I do. They are now trying to charge me £190 to add my middle name on and Not taking responsibility for giving out wrong info. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Customer service are shocking

I had a terrible experience with this service provider. They charged me £80 just to correct a minor spelling mistake in a passenger's name within an hour of booking. I had booked tickets for two people from London to Mumbai through Travel Trolley, and unfortunately, I made a small spelling error in the second passenger's name. When I contacted the airline directly, they confirmed that they do not charge for name corrections, but since I had booked through Travel Trolley, they couldn’t assist me. When I first spoke to a Travel Trolley agent, they quoted me £110 for the correction. I told them I needed some time to think. Later, when I reached out again and requested a discount, they reduced the fee to £80. This kind of excessive charging for a simple name correction is extremely disappointing.
