A family member of mine booked a flight ticket through Travel Trolley, but their system mistakenly mixed up parts of their first and last name—something no human would ever do. First and last names should never be combined incorrectly. When we contacted Lufthansa, they confirmed that Travel Trolley is responsible for correcting the mistake since this is an "Agent Ticket," meaning Travel Trolley has the authority to make changes. However, when we reached out to Travel Trolley’s customer service for help, Norman, the representative, was shockingly unhelpful. Instead of assisting us, he insisted that we had to purchase a new ticket. Despite arranging a call between Lufthansa and Travel Trolley, even Lufthansa was shocked that Travel Trolley refused to correct the issue. Now, due to their mistake, we are being forced to pay over £700 for a new ticket. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid Travel Trolley. We have now purchased a new ticket directly from the airline and will never use Travel Trolley again. Our original flight was scheduled for the end of March, and this entire ordeal has been a stressful and unnecessary burden.
