I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.
Vandana is an excellent travel Consultant. She has always dealt with our requests in a very prompt, timely and most effective way. She has always been polite and understanding of our flexibility in booking tickets. She is an absolute asset to the Southall team well done well Vandana.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions!
Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.
I had a very bad experience with Southall travels. I got through a person called Tim. As I had to book 3 tickets, I wanted to make the full payment then and there. However, he insisted that I needed to do only partial payment.He said he will issue the tickets within an hour, which was also a lie because the full e-ticket is not issued without sending the full amount. I knew that something was not right as I did not receive the tickets till next day.
I had to call back the next day and speak to another customer service advisor to sort it. I spoke about the issues I had and the lies I was told but nobody cares. I donk think they have a good service anymore. They have become very irresponsible now. Maybe there is separate treatment for Asian people and different treatment for white staff. Very disappointed and will not use again

Our package was on point, everything went seamlessly and accurate.Our locations and accommodations, which was Indonesia (Bali), Singapore and Dubai was amazing except for Singapore accommodation. Everything was lovely and we had a great time. Thanks to Miss Harleen.
I have just booked a ticket, which was priced £300 more than what I can get directly from the airlines website. I strongly recommend to not to use Southall Travels. Please think twice before you book with them.
The response I received below is wrong and Southall Travels are robbing customers. I am unable to respond to their reply. BTW, they have not even bothered to respond to my email.

I have used Norman for the past 16 years. We wanted to book a family trip with BA when the sale was on for a trip to Dubai. However due to the demand the site kept on crashing as it was the last day therefore we couldn’t book. Got on the phone to Norman and he matched the prices so we didn’t lose anything. Norman sent emails reminder when the balance was due so no pressure. Always a pleasure dealing with him as he’s always ensures we get the best deal and value for money. Maybe they should a loyalty card for their returning customers or some incentives. Anyway Jumeriah Beach here we’re come again happy days thanks to Southall Travel.
Review/Complaint Regarding Flight Cancellation Charges
I booked tickets in advance on 4th February 2025 for 7 passengers, including myself and my family. The scheduled departure was on 1st April, with a return on 25th April. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the booking approximately four weeks before the departure date.
To my surprise and disappointment, I was charged a £1,400 cancellation fee. The airline/agency charged £260 per person, including for my three children aged 2, 4, and 11. Charging the same cancellation fee for infants and young children as for adults seems unreasonable and unfair.
I strongly recommend others be cautious when booking with this company. If you book, ensure you fully understand their cancellation policy, especially the fees they charge per person, regardless of age.
Daniel at Southall Travel was so helpful. I booked my flight in the wrong name by mistake and he was amazing.
Others I had spoken to were not able to help me but he went above and beyond to help sort this for me. Returning my calls and sorting the issue which was my error.
I cannot thank him enough for his pure kindness.
Dhruv handled my call again today and was exceptional. I had to make a part cancellation and change itinerary for one member of the family. He made it such a pleasant experience and was excellent in guiding through the various options. Keep up the good work young man 👏
