I had a very bad experience with Southall travels. I got through a person called Tim. As I had to book 3 tickets, I wanted to make the full payment then and there. However, he insisted that I needed to do only partial payment.He said he will issue the tickets within an hour, which was also a lie because the full e-ticket is not issued without sending the full amount. I knew that something was not right as I did not receive the tickets till next day. I had to call back the next day and speak to another customer service advisor to sort it. I spoke about the issues I had and the lies I was told but nobody cares. I donk think they have a good service anymore. They have become very irresponsible now. Maybe there is separate treatment for Asian people and different treatment for white staff. Very disappointed and will not use again
