I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.

Unsatisfactory

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions! Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.

I’d like to say Rogar from southall travels was amazing , his customer service was outstanding.. he gave me a package to dubai for my budget . Also he was very patience as I decided , he didn’t rush me & let me think , Gave me tht chance which I really appreciated. I have been booking holidays to Dubai with Norman for the last 7 years. Prices are competitive and it is seamless and stress free. Norman is aware of my family's needs and always gets me the best deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Southall Travel.

Dear Tiku and the Customer Care Team, Thank you for your response. However, I must express my strong dissatisfaction with the fact that it has taken five attempts from my side to finally receive a reply regarding this significant issue. It is quite concerning and frankly unacceptable that such a serious matter has been handled with such a lack of responsiveness. This experience leads me to seriously question the level of customer service provided by your company. Regarding your request for the boarding pass for the downgraded cabin once my return journey is completed, I am unclear on its purpose. As you are aware, I have already provided a formal letter from the airline confirming the downgrade that occurred on the flight. Could you please clarify why the boarding pass would be necessary in addition to the airline's written confirmation? I am also uncertain if I still possess the boarding pass from that particular leg of the journey. I look forward to your clarification on this matter and hope to see a more proactive approach in resolving my complaint going forward. Best regards, suresh

Good customer Service

When ever I/my Family travel, my 1st choice is Southall Travel for booking flight tickets. The person I spoke, Dhruv, was kind and listening. Flight fares he gave are reasonable and the choice of dates and times also convenient. Choice of payment method is good. Don't have to pay full amount first.

Southall Travel provided a safe pair of hands

Me and my partner wanted to book the holiday of a lifetime to Bali. We had already chosen our hotel online but for some reason the website wouldn't let me book it. From the moment I called and spoke to Naina, she took control of the situation and guided me through the process of booking and paying for it via the website and made me feel confident that I was in safe hands. I asked about transfers and she quoted and added the cost on and was happy to answer questions about how it would be arranged. While we were on holiday I had a question, which she answered the next day. The support she provided to a previously nervous couple of travellers was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would definitely book my next trip with Southall Travel.

Omg!!!
